In all honesty, a major reason behind me being able to create an amazing life for myself in Canada is because of some consultants at UIS Canada who made the transition to this foreign country very comfortable. Their advice has supported me every step of the way. I'd recommend anyone in the same position as me to use their consultancy services for a smooth visa and immigration process. read more

Please please please DO NOT pay this company any money to arrange your visa -- they are an absolute nightmare to deal with! We were told we were eligible for the Federal Skilled Worker visa and paid them to start the process. Seven months later, after preparing all the required documents and repeatedly chasing them for updates, we were suddenly informed via web chat that we don't have enough points. No one was available for a phone call to explain, and the communication throughout has been shockingly poor. Now, they're refusing to refund any of our money, and despite multiple requests, they won't release the call recordings we need to send to our solicitor -- as we've now been forced to seek legal advice. Avoid this company at all costs. What they promise at the beginning is the complete opposite of what they actually deliver. They are still not acknowledging our emails just completely ignoring us. read more

This is a scam company. I have been going through the rounds with Trustpilot in order to get them removed. I asked for a consultation call and when they did call me, they tried to push me into a payment over the phone when I hadn't made any decisions and was just looking for information first before I made any decisions. At first, whoever was on the other end of the line seemed nice, and legit. We discussed visas, and my current situation, all normal for a consultation. THEN out of nowhere, the person said "So have you got your card ready?", At this stage I paused and asked what card? and why? She said to go ahead and pay for whatever package she was trying to push on me (1000USD), I said no, I'm not paying for anything right now??? When I asked to send the details in which we discussed over the call via email I was met with unprofessional and rude comments along the lines of "Well, you told us to call you?" "What's the hold up?", continuing to push me into a payment, when I didn't want to pay for anything at that time , which is the biggest red flag when considering if this company is real or not. They replied to my review on Trustpilot but never to my emails, again another red flag as they are trying to keep their business front online but aren't actually interacting with any real customers (or potential victims of fraud). read more

After paying their fees, I was pressured to pay more, and I felt their communication was unprofessional and lacked transparency. They claim to have many clients, which made me doubt whether they were working on my case effectively. Based on this, I strongly recommend avoiding their services and using a certified immigration attorney instead. UIS Canada most of the people I spoke with arent natural Canadians, most of them migrated to Canada but want to feel bold in giving laws they know nothing about. I spoke to 4 accounts manager who all gave me different stories when applying for a job to relocate to Canada. I was so confused on what exactly to state on the application when asked if I have sponsorship to come to Canada on the job application, one said to state yes on those application because I was working with their agency (UIS), the other said no, one said to ask them what their definition is, I was so confused with all 3 answers. they are not even in sync on information they are providing to the people. They only have one individual working on a whole department and when they go on vacation, they don't seem to inform you only weeks later when they return leaving you ghosted. The workers there are so unprofessional, they force you to pay immediately an without giving you any time to make an effective decision for yourself if this would be right path for you. if they are truly a service they don't need to pressure you on payments but they do. Once they've received your money, you wont hear back from them. you have to constantly contact them to gain information about what you had paid them for. They are so unprofessional, and rude. I thought Canadians were nice an friendly but not those who work for UIS. You don't play with peoples money when they are trusting you to help guide them. Whoever owns UIS needs to do some evaluations and fire everyone in the Vancouver area because those people are making the company look bad. DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL ONLY GET REGRETS AND HEARTACHE.STAY AWAY FROM UIS CANADA, THEY ARE SCAMS!!! Do thorough research and rely on reputable sources for immigration assistance. read more

First of all UIS Canada is not involved with any kind of fraudulent activities. I have been taking their service for a long time. It was not good at starting due to some technical problem. But now they are doing good. Hopefully, they will improve their communication module, tools, response time in coming days. Their price is reasonable. You can look into the market and find so many but not like UIS. They may not be the best but not less than the good service provider. read more

UIS Canada helped me when applying for my visa to Canada to further my studies, they processed my documents very well and I had the guarantee of going to Canada. But after COVID-19 hit in, they slowed everything, I spent 8 months waiting for their approval, I even thought it was a scam since I had paid $1570. But as soon as the numbers started dropping I was able to fly and do my studies,. I now gladly give them a thumbs up! read more

UIS is, without a doubt, a very effective and legal website. It achieves what it promises, including the fact that it often slows the visa granting process. When I was new to this site, I got a full collection of details from the account manager and didn't trust it too much. The specifications are straightforward, with little ambiguity and simple steps to follow. The communication was direct, and I received my visa as expected. It comes highly recommended by me. read more

UIS is personally the best option amongst others when I was trying to finalize my immigration process. The managers are very responsive and helpful throughout the whole procedure, although it may take a little time because it's a Step by step process. To build customer confidence easily, they will only need to advise more transparency in costs. read more

Me and my girlfriend are really satisfied with the immigration services of the agency UIS. we received our student visas to the Canada with the help of UIS. I joined UIS since Jan 2020, there are few points that I do not recommend UIS. They are not willing to share full price list of the programme and they are not transparent what they are working for you, .During these half year, they are not able to give me reasonable explanation on what they are working for me. There are many hidden costs without reasonable excuse. I would like to share the breakdown of the cost of the programme: i. USD 990 - Join UIS (fine, I understand that it is admin fee) ii. USD 4700 - Profile initiation (reasonable as it involves a lot of paper work) iii. USD 2530 - Job Assistant (reasonable as it involves a lot of paper work) iv. USD 7234 - CRS Submission for EE (reasonable as it involves a lot of paper work) v. USD 5763 - Extra cost because of Covid-19 (they said they had to prepare extra documentation needed from the Canada Government, after we verified, there is no such requirement from the Canada Government, and they cannot explain what documentation they have done) vi. USD 3000 - Optimization fee as IELTS exam is not good enough (well, I paid IELTS on my own, I can't see any optimization work needed from them) Besides, my background is suitable for applying EE, they applied EE for me initially, but when covid-19 comes, they convinced me to pay extra USD 5000 for applying PNP while I have no idea why. Actually, PNP is not the right pathway for me to get the PR according to my brackground, I just feel like they would like me to pay more and more but not going on the right pathway. In conclusion, UIS is not trustworthy and not honest to be the agent who works on immigration. Please stay away from it. read more
