My experience with Lenny was a distressing one.
Firstly, Lenny is not the right choice when seeking assistance with a waiver application, as he has minimal experience in this area. His lack of expertise leads him to promise clients a 97% success rate, leaving himself a mere 3% margin for error, which is highly unprofessional, as no lawyer should accept a case unless they are confident in their ability to deliver results.
Furthermore, Lenny was dishonest about the duration of the process. If you are a first-time applicant, you would have no prior knowledge or experience, leaving you to rely on his guidance. In my case, following his advice led to a year-long ordeal with little communication, minimal work done, and the burden of completing the majority of the work falling on myself. He did not even make an effort to assist.
When the Administrative Review Office (ARO) made a decision, I was unable to check the outcome myself and was forced to wait for Lenny to log into his profile to share the results with me. For nearly ten months, I had to wait while he was golfing with his children, just to find out the decision on my waiver. Did I mention that he provided no support with legal writing? All the work was done by the client.
In general, it appears that Lenny targets immigrants and individuals unfamiliar with the legal system. This includes immigrants from India and Asian countries. However, I believe that no rational-minded Caucasian person would hire him due to his disingenuous demeanor.
I strongly advise against hiring this individual if you are seeking assistance with a waiver application. If you are Canadian, do not contact Lenny. Instead, I recommend conducting thorough research to find a more reliable professional, such as John Rogers from Ontario. Mr. Rogers not only specializes in waivers but also maintains his own forum to provide helpful guidance. Unlike Lenny, Mr. Rogers focuses exclusively on waivers and does not handle other types of applications. read more
