And at first it seemed like I did ,his name was Dalton and he seemed to be doing a great job. As some time past and my case got further involved for some unknown reason they replaced him with a man named Daniel McNeil. This so called new lawyer made my case appear to be so difficult to fight that he kept getting me to pump thousands of dollars into a case that was getting no results from my view of not being very familiar with family court cases . My family court case went on for 2 years with absolutely no positive results . He then asked me to pay 30,000 dollars retainer in order to get us to a summary trial which would supposedly get us in front of a judge to hear my case . I got him the retainer and time went on and on with no results or court date arranged. I finally asked him what was going on with my case and that I was concerned that the retainer that I had provided was being dwindled down considerably enough to not be enough to get us to the summary trial which he had recommended from getting advice from one of his colleagues. So after all this time and him recommending that I follow his instructions and paying this large sum of money ,he says oh " we probably won't go to a summary trial because the other party will likely win anyways" . Well why wouldn't you tell me this in the first place ,instead of wasting my time and money telling me that a summary trial would be the best thing for my case. At this point I gav.e up and told him I wouldn't be needing their services anymore. If you go to these Lawyers you may as well take your money to the casino because you'll have a much better chance at winning than you would with these Lawyers . Very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and misleading information.
