This was so above and beyond their customer service, because they could have just emailed me back they couldn't help me and leave it at that. Great customer service, now I see why they have such great reviews here:). I was very disappointed in the way my case was handled with Winright. I contacted them initially on a Saturday via Yelp and followed up Monday. The friendly receptionist asked me to send in the paper work for the law team to review if they could help me. As time was of the essence, I quickly responded and sent in what they requested Monday. I followed up with an email Tuesday and when I did not hear back nearing the end of that day I phoned to enquire when I could set up an appointment. I was saddened to hear that the firm is too busy with other cases and they could not forsee a time when they could discuss my case with me. This exercise unfortunately cost me precious time in receiving an opinion on a time limited case. I am extremely disappointed they did not inform me from the beginning that they didn't have the time to meet with me (for 30 min!) to give an opinion. I wish I was posting another 5 star review after using their services, but my experience with them was anything but.

They immediately sent me an email asking for details. I ignored it because clearly they can't read. The following week, I emailed to remind them to call me on the day I asked for, in the afternoon. Again I got an email, asking even more questions. Now I was deeply annoyed. I explained that I preferred a phone call, which I had now requested twice. Clearly they don't understand that when a potential client is asking for an accommodation because they are disabled, refusing to accommodate them is ableist. I told them that if picking up the phone was asking too much, I would be happy to contact another firm. Needless to say, they chose not to call me. I feel like I've dodged a bullet- the amount of pushback I received was obnoxious & disrespectful. If this is how they treat potential clients, before they've even met them, then they're definitely not going to be the right person & firm to represent me. Shame on you Stephen's & Holman!
