Though the retail selection is sparse I find this company focuses on their primary intent of delivering prescriptions timely and with care and caution. It's been 2 weeks that I've been trying to get a prescription filled. I used the online form to transfer 2 prescriptions out here. I had planned on using the branch inside Target but the one on Oak Street claimed they could get them faster. So, I had them transferred there. First I was told it would take 2-3 days. Then I couldn't get through/out of the phone tree...for 2 days! It would say that I needed to talk to the pharmacist but wouldn't let me connect. Finally, I go into the store and they have 1ready. Ok, well at least we're getting somewhere. So, I ask when #2 will be ready, they say Monday. But then I notice on Saturday it says I have to call the pharmacy to fill. So I call and the guy says they'll order it for Monday. Monday... No. Tuesday... No. Wednesday... No. And Thursday isn't looking very promising either. But no one can tell me if/where there is another CVS where I can get it or when they'll have it. I asked at another nearby chain pharmacy and they have it in stock (and apparently have no issues getting it) but it's almost $50 more. Sigh.

I have been told there is a limit to capital one deposit by the white male who works the afternoons. He won't even try to scan my barcode! I asked to speak to the manager and she made up a story of how since I came in earlier to deposit onto my cashapp card I cannot deposit anymore money for the day. I asked where is that policy and she could not show me, I also asked to speak to another manager and both of them walked away and never returned. This is racism and discrimination!! When you call them, they make no sense in their reasoning why. They are dangerous, they are not doctors. I transferred all to Kroger, and within minutes, they called to say they would no longer fill my scripts as they have a zero tolerance for people yelling at their people. I yelled because they kept up the lies. Well, I have a zero tolerance for ignorance and unethical practices! My health means nothing to them.
