Prescriptions never ready. They always say short handed or really busy. They have been out of my heart medication several times. The pharmacist is so slow and very slow on computer. They only had 5 of my heart medication. I Told them I would be down to get it early next morning. They were about to close. I went to pick it up not ready They are working on it. Told me to have a seat it would be ready shortly. After sitting there waiting almost 30 min. I went to counter and ask young man about it. They had filled it away in the shelves with all the other filled medication. read more

Slowest pharmacy drive thru ever. The line is always long and only one person working the window.

Everyone is super friendly but that doesn't make up for allowing 3.5 hrs from when dr sent scripts then you show up and they have 1 script ready. you ask about others and are told it will be 15 mins so you ask why they werent all prepared together. no reason. they just apologize so instead of going home, I just pull back around because that's how long it took me to get to the window the first time and I'm told it will be 25 mins so I let her know this is my second time going around. she apologizes again and tells me she will let the pharmacist know. I wait 15 more mins and listen to others asking about multiple prescriptions wondering why they weren't prepared at the same time. all the while the drive through is backing up. 4 cars each side. Finally get the other scripts and she doesn't send my card so I hit the call button 3 times with no response. 5 mins sitting there and my phone is ringing. it is Walgreens to tell they forgot to give me my card. So I let them know ive hit the call button three times and am still sitting there. Again another apology and sends my card. Luckily I am younger and while I definitely didn't feel good, I feel sorry if an elderly person goes through this wait. read more

Photo: I have always used Walgreens for my photos, but they looked terrible last time. They all had a yellow tint. They reprinted the same pics and they looked the same. They simply said if we print them again they will look the same. I spent hours uploading and eventually just got my money back. CVS photo app was so much quicker and easier. I am switching to CVS! read more

My sister visited this pharmacy Thursday night to pick up a sensitive prescription. The young, blonde "pharmacist" not only didn't give her a consultation on how to use the medicine, she couldn't even be bothered to pull my sister aside to ramble off the required statement on the computer screen. As my sister started to cry because the medicine is being used for the worst thing she's ever gone through in her life, the "pharmacist" walked away. Yes, flat out walked away. She couldn't even say, "I'm sorry"!? She couldn't say anything?! If this young "pharmacist" can't even fake empathy, then she should've gone with a different profession. read more

If I could give this place a half a star, I would. I'm in and out of town every three months. I've had a prescription filled here twice and they act like I'm some kind of criminal. I tried last night and today, via phone. Last night I was told I had to call during the day. I just got off of hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes. (Because I gave up). First I was "more than 3 in line", an hour later I was 2nd in line, 10 minutes later I was no longer in line but "next". I never got anyone. I won't be using this Walgreens anymore. read more

Horrible service. Rude staff and the pharmaceutical team is incompetent. They lack the ability to solve simple problems. I went in to purchase 1 item and the cashier was rude and did not seem to want to cash me out. I am going to switch my services to someone other pharmacy. It is a real shame since anywhere that I have ever lived I always like Walgreens. Conway Walgreens on Oak Street do better! Again its a national store but wont sell antihistamines if you have an out of state license. They can look it up on their computer how often a person has bought them!!!! read more

Pharmacy is understaffed, unorganized and lack any amount of common sense, time management skills or multitasking. Two phone calls and two trips up here they are still confused (Insurance wont pay, but I still need the meds and am prepared to pay full price!!!) and they still don't have it filled. The pharmacy manager Dale is really nice but Dawn is a little smart mouth who needs to check her attitude at the door. This is a place of business not high school and you don't get to smart mouth a customer like that. read more

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I will NEVER go there again. Unfriendly staff on the evening shift. Waited 15 minutes at the drive thru and watched as the two cars who had just pulled up in the other lane got waited on before me despite the fact I'd been waiting much longer. Use to be a great pharmacy and I had been going there since they opened but once they let the night pharmacists go (Chris and Clint), they aren't the same. I have now transfered my prescriptions to CVS across the street. My new pharmacist (Helen) is awesome and I couldn't be happier. read more

Don't shop here. Can't get sale price without special card even though the posted price don't tell you this. If you don't watch carefully, they will charge you the regular price. To get the "Special card" you must supply name, phone, email, address, birthday, etc. They claim everyone does this. WRONG. I get sale prices elsewhere without this invasion of privacy and potential identity theft. Do not shop here. You can get everything elsewhere and many places match the price with NO SPECIAL CARD. read more
