They've got a lot of weights and plenty of machines to work on. Plus, there's an exercise room if you want to stretch or workout in a separate area. There's a lot of fit people who work out here which can be intimidating for newcomers (like myself once), but after pushing yourself to go, you'll find that people here want to encourage you to keep pushing yourself to meet your goals. Best gym I've ever been to. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Jennifer greeted me with the kind of professionalism and warmth that instantly made me feel welcome. Her energy was top-tier; sweet, calming, and so easy to talk to. I tried the HydroMassage and the Infrared Sauna, and both were amazing. The sauna especially stood out; super spacious and clean, and I loved that it had Bluetooth so I could connect my playlist and really zone out while relaxing. The dressing room was a bonus too: plenty of space and stocked with everything you might need. This spot has definitely earned a regular out of me. I'll be back often!

Each private room has its own private shower. The changing rooms have lockers for your belongings and hair dryers for after. One down side is the rooms are not sound proof and isn't that kind of the point? During the first 10 minutes of floating in my pod I hear one of the workers walking up and down the Hall outside the room making all kinds of noise. Sounded like banging pots and pans. Very distracting. After the noise stopped it was much more peaceful.

We stayed at this place 1 night because we had our dog with us--they allow pets--and La Quintas in the area were all booked. Booking and check-in were fairly easy, and the staff was pleasant, but we were disappointed in the quality of almost everything else. It was more expensive than, say, a Motel 6-but the quality was worse. We paid a $10 pet fee, which is fine, but again the overall cost didn't lineup with the experience to me. La Quinta doesn't have a pet fee, for example. The front door was really hard to open on our room, and the room was outdated and not very clean. It had a weird smell, the carpet was grimey, and the shower looked like it needed a scrub. The mattress and chairs in the room were rock hard. It seemed like everything in the room was just the cheapest version possible, and old. The sheets were rough and when we got there it looked like they had been slept in. The breakfast was really bad. Biscuits were hard, gravy was the consistency of tomato soup--we had a hard time finding something we wanted to eat. I don't typically leave reviews--especially negative ones, but felt the need to spread the word about this place. There are better options! We liked that there was an indoor pool and arcade games, but we didn't get a chance to try them.

I tried to explain that we just wanted to play pool and archade games while we waited on my daughter who was having complications at the Little Rock airport flying in my US Army son-in-law from Korea. They didn't care! I'm guessing that they aren't American owned? I've never stayed at a HoJo, but when I was a kid I remember their advertisements as being the American Families place to stay...not this family.
