I had membership for 8 months with ME with no incidents. Had a personal issue come up and had three months left on my contract, but ME was great and let me out of the contract with no hassle, which is greatly appreciated. DO NOT USE MASSAGE ENVY in Conway. On the day of my appt I filled out the form to cancel due to testing positive for covid . I never confirmed my appt because I was sick and used the form to let them know by text I would not be there for my appt . This place conveniently could not find my form and charged me $188.00 for a $130.00 massage that I did not receive. Do not book with this place they are crooked and do not care that you are sick and could get others sick. Covid is not a joke This is stealing and disgusting. When asked the manager for her managers/owners number I was refused. DO NOT book here!! Horribly poor management. My husband and I get a lot of massages and have been to many massage places that have never treated us this way . We will be filing a complaint. read more

Well, first of all massage envy has a staff that's very well educated. They're all staffed there because of their background and physical therapy. They know how to manipulate your muscles in such a way that you feel so relaxed that you feel like you're melting into the table that you're lying on which by the way is comfortable I chose a lady because I feel much more at ease when a lady is massaging me. I'm a man of course, but I feel very at ease. I don't like a man touching me when it comes to massage. That's just my preference. The massage was started by my suggestion of starting with my neck first because I was very tense, but within 10 minutes of her, starting the massage and I won't give a name I was relaxed. I was like putty in her hands. She manipulated every muscle of my back, my legs, my feet and I just wanted more because I knew I was in great hands. I was in the hands of a professional so who cared about my outcome and I could tell that she cared about me because as she massage my body, she kept asking me if I was OK and if I was relaxed enough, which is very good a lot of times when you go to massage, the masseuse won't say a word to you But that massage envy you know you're gonna get a massage that you're gonna really enjoy and you'll wanna come back it was a real pleasure and my masseuse was very kind and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed my massage from head to toe. I just have to tell you it was a real joy at times I felt myself. wanting to fall asleep because I felt so relaxed. I felt so at ease in her hands, but I didn't want to do that because I'm prone to snoring, especially when I get too relaxed so I endured the massage without falling asleep and once she was finished, I was totally satisfied. I knew that I was in good hands from beginning to end and I would suggest the lady that I had massage me even though I won't tell you who it is at this point just to protect her identity, but I'll always go back to massage envy because they know what they're doing and they actually care for you read more

I have used the massage envy chain for years and never had a problem. Recently relocated to Conway and signed up expecting the same quality of service, boy was I wrong. Therapists don't update their schedules and constantly cancel appointments that are booked weeks in advance. When they call to tell you this they offer you the left over appointments in the middle of the week. I have had to switch therapists, a reschedule twice due to these issues and haven't been able to reschedule a massage in over 2 months. Very frustrating to say the least. Update to comment from business - I have asked for a manager to call me back after the second time and never received a call. After this final time that prompted the review it was a manager I spoke with about rescheduling. She was the one offering me week day left over appointments. read more

I joined for 6 months 65$ each month. I get the same facial every month but it's costing me different prices each month. 135-140 a few times it was much less the manager talks so fast and nothing makes sense. When my 6 months is up I'll never go back I wish I has seen these reviews before I signed up. I would NOT recommend this place at all, the therapists were great it's the manager who I feel is ripping me off. read more

I bought a gift card for a Valentine's Day present last weekend (Saturday 2/13). While there, the customer service was less than what I'd expect, but nothing too terrible. I attempted to make small talk with those working and was very patient as they navigated getting me a gift card, seemingly very unfamiliar with how to issue one. Why I'm giving them 1 star is I expressed I was buying the gift card as a Valentine's Day present, they asked for the contact info for the person I was buying it for. I assumed this was just to be able to look it up if they lost it or some way of tracking things internally. NOPE. They immediately texted the recipient as Massage Envy. The gift/surprise was completely ruined, all without notifying me, the customer, what they were intending to do. You'd think when someone is spending money in your establishment, they'd go above and beyond. That was not the case here, and I'm incredibly disappointed. Will not be back. read more

Had a massage gifted to me by a friend who has been a client for several years. They would not provide service without me providing a credit card. I did this a few years ago and had no problems in the Chenal (LR) location. They have already received payment for this service, yet refused to assist in this matter.
