Though the retail selection is sparse I find this company focuses on their primary intent of delivering prescriptions timely and with care and caution. We park and head into the store, empty prescription bottle (from an out of state pharmacy in hand). The line for the pharmacy weaved through several aisles! A lady from the front register area came up to us and said that we aren't allowed to bring a prescription bottle into the store!!??! Then she said it would be over an hour wait just to get up to the counter! For the hell of it, I went to a gentleman in line near the front and asked him how long he had been waiting - he said almost an hour and a half -- just to drop off a prescription for his wife who needed to pick it up the next day. We left and have tried 3 more times over the past week with similar results. Doesn't seem to matter what day or time we go, there's always a huge, slow-moving line for the pharmacy.

Their billing and software systems are a disaster. They recently "upgraded" from something that looked straight out of the 1990s to a newer version that somehow works even worse. Payments get lost or misapplied, and they'll hound you about overdue balances until you provide proof of your own payments, complete with dates and amounts, just so they can reconcile their books. Even with a valid credit card on file, they'll still send threatening notices about sending your account to collections because their system can't process your card correctly. I can only assume they went cheap on their new software--because it shows. To top it off, the staff couldn't care less. Indifferent, unhelpful, and quick to deflect blame. Avoid if you can.

First time getting a CPAP is not starting off great…read more Called this place and they basically refused to allow me to just pick up a CPAP, they wanted me to set up an appointment but they didn't have any available today so I had to use PTO to schedule the appointment for tomorrow.. okay whatever. I come in to bring my insurance card, my prescription & my sleep study as requested and then they couldn't figure that out I guess.. I got my home sleep study done by Lofta.com from a legitimate doctor so there should be no issue. They were unhelpful, unfriendly, incompetent & a waste of time.
