This is after getting a text saying there was an issue with my prescription. What even. I stated I was on hold (firm but friendly) and that I didn't want to have to wait again to which the response was again "well. It'll be ready this afternoon. And you'll get a text." Unprofessional and inconsistent. I'll just drive across town next time. To hell with this location.
