If you're going to change your hours, don't just put up a wrinkled paper sign on the door.

Pharmacy is pretty below average/ I get it. Delays happen. But every. Single. Time...? Your average wait is going to be 40+ minutes. Update. After literally wait time of 1:01:32 wait time I was told there was no issues and that my order would be ready "this afternoon" - as vague as possible. This is after getting a text saying there was an issue with my prescription. What even. I stated I was on hold (firm but friendly) and that I didn't want to have to wait again to which the response was again "well. It'll be ready this afternoon. And you'll get a text." Unprofessional and inconsistent. I'll just drive across town next time. To hell with this location. read more

I have had bad experiences in this retail space at the checkout counter but the pharmacy staff at this location is excellent. They go out of their way to be friendly, helpful, speedy and give you all the details you need on medications you are picking up. This great service experience is consistent across in person and phone interactions. read more

Worst Walgreens pharmacy customer service ever. I travel for work so I'm picking up prescriptions at different locations depending on where I am for work. I had switched prescription insurance and they were absolutely no help in transferring over the new info. In The past Walgreens pharmacy's have always called the insurance to figure out the issue and this one over a week later has yet to help solve the problem. Do yourself a favor and fill your prescription at a different location if you use this Walgreens and live in the Little Rock area. This is advice from someone who has been to at least 50 Walgreens around the country. Oh and I gave 1 star but really they deserve 0 read more

Incompetent pharmacy employees... I had to comply with a Covid test to travel, to be done under 72 hours - so I took the first appointment available in the window. waited in line for 30mn to have them told me sorry we are out of tests. it can take 72 hours to have a covid result back... so now off at a dr for an expedited test ($$$$...) Everyone can make mistakes but the worst is the no care attitude was blatant. AVOID read more

The pharmacy department is terrible. You will always wait in line for 35 + minutes, every time. You will see the workers just sitting there talking. They are highly unprofessional and they have poor customer service skills. If you live in this area, I recommend going to another Walgreens. They deserve 0 stars! read more

Why was I left waiting on prescription for more than 35 minutes to be told you didn't have it in stock? If I am waiting on a prescription it means I don't feel well and need it asap. POOR JOB WALGREENS. IM MOVING MY ACCOUNT!!! read more

It's the biggest Walgreens I've ever been. They even had tools there. I needed some pliers. It's well lit and spacious.
