I Recently had a health scare that led me to the ER and to a dx of high blood pressure and the ER docs sent my RX's over electronically, Not knowing that they closed at noon on Saturday. I left a message on their FB page and Trent (owner) came in after hours to make sure I had my meds that I needed and my co-pay on all 3 RX was only $8.07 so it's not like he made a lot $ from me that day either. Got my grandson from his home and drove over around 12:15 pm. Lady at the counter said she was sorry, but they cannot give Medicaid covered shots until the child is 19 years old. Grandson needed the Flu shot for his medical training class, so I went ahead and got both for $118.00. Surprised at the turn of events and attitude change, but same thing happened at Walgreens. I was upset, but did not cause a scene or damage any products. Win sort of?!

They are super friendly and take the time to talk to you and make sure you understand the medication you are taking. The service desk in the other hand is filled with people who act like you stole everything you brought in. I bought my husband a $100 headset for his PS4 a little over a month ago as a congratulatory gift and of course I didn't keep the reciept. Thee mic quit working so all we wanted to do was exchange it for the same item. Well they no longer carry the item. So we said a gift card would work. They refused to give us a gift card even though all the pieces were there and we have never returned anything without a reciept before. So we are now stuck with a $100 headset that doesn't work and a bitter feeling towards the service desk at Beebe Walmart. Other than that we have never had any problems.
