I have a prescription for a common diabetes medication that I get filled here regularly. I am used to this irresponsible lot forgetting to fax my doctor or losing a prescription or being out of my oh so common and regularly used medications. This time even I am shocked. My medicine bottle indicated that it needed to be filled on the 18th, so I called it in the previous week. Needless to say, it was not ready and they told me I had not called it in I assured them I did and wanted to know when it would be ready. They assured me it would be ready on the 23rd. Nope. The 24th? Nope. The 25th? Nope. They tell me everyday that it will be in that days' order and it is not. This will screw up my A1C test at the doctors' office. How I hate this pharmacy.

I like the way they package medications...it makes it very easy to stay on schedule. One of the best advantages of this business is the drive-thru pharmacy...it makes things simple. I recommend they consider adding a more convenient handicap ramp to access the business, the existing handicap parking spaces make it nearly impossible to get a wheelchair or walker around to the side of the car for a handicap passenger and even though they seem close, they are a long way from the front door of the pharmacy for someone who really struggles. Additionally, the extremely high curb (it must be a whole foot high in some places) and the uphill to the pharmacy make it dangerous to attempt a Walkin visit.
