He was not at all overbearing and I really enjoyed spending time with him and was glad he was the one helping me. I really appreciate honest people and I felt like Scott was. I came really early on a Saturday and none of the detailers were around yet, and Virginia and Scott both volunteered to wash my car! As far as I know they figured something else out to get it clean but they seemed flat out determined at the time. It was a nice gesture. I love my new car and have 0 complaints! The texting service they use is so seamless. It provides you with answers quickly even if your service person is t available. It is clear and user friendly. It texts you the services and prices of each as numbers. Then you can choose if you want just number one done or one thru four or whatever. The prices were surprising reasonable. I had a long list of things done including new brakes, a/c service and a towing hitch installed. The location is right off the highway. Checkin is easy and so is pickup.
