Southlake Nissan and service department with Randy Kawanna in charge is simply the finest I have…read moreever dealt with in my 50 plus years in NWIndiana. We were having some problems with our 2015 Murano and out of warranty but yet problems which are odd. Randy handled all by getting me in and resolving all problems at no cost since problems were odd indeed. Told me he appreciated our so many years buying Nissans from them and told me this was the least he could do. So very nice, appreciative and showed me high character and caring attitude. To say the least we have already purchased over 10 nissans from them and it will continue. Thanks you so much Southlake Nissan and especially Randy.

The service department is a joke. There is no honesty or integrity at all. Our 4 month old…read morebattery kept dying. We had it jumped by AAA. They said the alternator was in great shape. We brought it to Nissan to see if there was an electrical parasitic draw. They checked and said no it was the alternator to the tune of $2300.00 and a clamp was needed for $300.00 - with tax and fees the total bill was $2934.00. I told them AAA said alternator was fine. They disagreed. Long story short I picked up the car and took it to a mechanic. Come to find out alternator was in great shape. The problem was a bad cell in the Die Hard battery which is under warranty. They are swapping it out for a new battery at NO CHARGE. Free diagnostic testing. RUN from the service department!!!

He managed to make signing paperwork fun! We exchanged our first car within days for an upgraded model and they were terrific about it. Yes, I get we spent more money but still... We got floor mats and the parts guy was helpful. Our cargo mat came in the next day. Truly, Juan, the manager, has an Amazing Team with Brian and Billy. We LOVE YOU GUYS!

Worst car buying experience I've had in over 50 years! Where…read moredo I start? 1) Car was advertised on line with a cash price, only to learn it wasn't the cash price but with financing. 2) Salesman tried to upsell with a $500 rear brake flashing light option and $1800 for the ceramic coating and interior protection. I declined the light and negotiated the price for the protection, only to learn right after it was already on the car (they automatically put it on all their cars. I was told the price was for the warranty). when I said why didn't you tell me that, I was told, " oh, did I forget to mention that ?" I felt that to be very deceptive and lost my shit! 3) I was going to return a few days later, on Tuesday to pay for the car, the salesman told me that he didn't know if the factory rebate would still be offered then, but when I call into the dealer the next day , I was told it was good til Monday, so I hurried to pay then. Why did the office know this and not the salesman?? 4) During the time I was finalizing the deal, I called for the sales manager Juan as I wanted to switch salesmen, left a message and he never bothered to return my call (I know he was there as I was told later he was) 5) When you sign paperwork at night, no one is in their building so you have to walk to the dealer next door to meet the finance guy. I guess he cant walk over on a cold winter night to accommodate the customer 6) The next day, after everything is complete, the "thank you" email comes in and we are asked to fill out a survey. No survey included so I requested one. never received that either. I guess they knew it wasn't going to be a positive review Had they not had the exact car we wanted (couldn't find it at any other dealer) I would have walked out after the I was told about the extras that were already on the car

Needless to say, I was a bit shaken and scared of a possibly catastrophic engine failure but Rick walked me through my 100+ diagnostic and was able to get to the root of the problem. Not only was the service quick, but he assured me throughout the process and called to check on any additional services that needed to be completed. This is why I love Toyota, they were committed to keep my 15 year old Prius (Car-E Fisher) in running condition since she still has low miles for a 2009. The online review of any issues is really great!

Scheduled a basic oil change and inspection…read more My wife and I were met with friendly service advisors and we were given a free shuttle to breakfast and back. Unfortunately, that is all the highlights of today's service experience. After being checked in, I requested that all communication be sent via text msg. This did not happen. I received numerous calls from the new advisor and when I called back I got someone else's voicemail (presumably someone doesn't work there anymore). There seems to be a real disconnect between the advisors and the shop. After returning to the service department, we were told it would be 2-5minutes for the truck to be completed and pulled around so we could leave. 30-40 minutes later, we found out that the oil change was not yet completed because they were out of my specified oil (5w30). After 10 minutes passed I inquired again about the progress on my truck. There was another helpful advisor that said he thought he saw an oil delivery on the counter behind him. Sure enough the oil was delivered and my advisor was not informed. Finally, the oil was added and we were allowed to leave. When we got home, I looked under the hood and noticed they didn't even fill up my windshield wiper fluid which is less that half. It was really disappointing experience today and I hope they iron out their issues.
