I came in at a little before 8am on a Thursday without an appointment, let them know what happened, they answered all my questions, and they speedily diagnosed it. (Was out by 45min-1 hr) I think this probably my best experience with a dealership service center I have ever had. :) I would recommend if your Honda needs a quick check. An aside but they have a nice waiting area, very clean and with coffee! Everyone here was super friendly. Thank you to the team here!

As soon as he drove home, the truck started jerking really bad, we took it back, was told they could not find anything wrong with it, I even told Kyle the first time we took it in, that another place told us it was the transmission, he ignored that fact, until we took it back, then when I called him out, he stated that he could fix something that he didnt know what to look for, even after I showed him the diagnostic from another company. drive it 1000 miles and if still having problems to bring it back, we took videos of what the truck was doing, they immediately came back and said the transmission needs to be replaced. They did not want to admit it before. They had the vehicle for over a week before ordering the parts, refused to give us a rental which cost us additional 500.00. We have proof that Team Honda knew about the problems with the truck before selling it to us. Chris (manager) call said total repair to transmission was over 8k, and we would have to pay 4900. With such a high price this should have been a new transmission, it was actually for a rebuilt, so I was lied to, Team Honda didn't pay for any of it, like I was told. I called several other transmission places, want was quoted under 5000 for rebuilt, and upto 9300 for new. They had the truck for over a week before ordering the parts, I filed a complaint with BBB, but they have a rating of D- because of their refusal to answer other complaints. I also filed a complaint with the AG, and FTC do to deception. They do not care about the customers. So much communication going back and forth.

Needless to say, I was a bit shaken and scared of a possibly catastrophic engine failure but Rick walked me through my 100+ diagnostic and was able to get to the root of the problem. Not only was the service quick, but he assured me throughout the process and called to check on any additional services that needed to be completed. This is why I love Toyota, they were committed to keep my 15 year old Prius (Car-E Fisher) in running condition since she still has low miles for a 2009. The online review of any issues is really great!

DO NOT BUY USED CARS HERE!!!!…read more I have been slowly putting money away, just turned 52 years old and have never had a car note in my life and plan to keep it that way. Ran into Nick the salesman who was polite and courteous as all hell and this review should not affect him whatsoever. I see a ad on fb for this 2017 jeep grand Cherokee with 125,000 miles on it, I call nick answers and says cool we'll see you tomorrow. Come in wife takes it for a drive and loves the way it drives. Fill out all the paperwork and pay close to $11,000 all in $100 bills. Have to wait for title to register and plate in Illinois. After a couple days of driving it wife says gary my heat ain't working. It's blowing cold so I grab a jug of coolant and fill it up ok maybe it's low. Week and a half later same thing. Ok now we got a leak or worse. So I scope the water pump and see no moisture around there and fill up coolant for the third time checking all the hoses. Squeezing make sure when under pressure it's not spraying to no avail. Kinda forget about it until 10 more days needs more coolant. Decide to call around and get a diagnosis from a shop. Told bad head gasket but I don't want to believe a company as big as Toyota of Merrillville would sell me a vehicle with a bad head gasket. 2 weeks later (had to make appt) I get into the 2nd shop and they don't repair them but diagnose them in black and white a multi million dollar car company screwed the lil man to make a buck. They can afford to eat something like this, understand I bought as is with no warranty implied but the fact that yall even put this on ur lot at such a high price when it should of gone to auction is absurd! So take note if you got a pos and bring it to this place just realize they gonna rake someone like me over the coals and overcharge them for it without doing any repairs outside a oil change and maybe tire rotation. I wouldn't send my blind sisters ex husband here whom I hate! This place just has a deceptive practice and will be contacting attorney generals office because if they topped off the fluids and didn't see the additives in coolant floating then they put it in there. And now after investing $11,000 in a vehicle now I gotta spend another $3000+ fixing a head gasket and hope the head or pistons aren't warped. This place is PATHETIC!!!! Owner should be ashamed of himself if I had the money id rent a billboard right on hwy stating they sell cars with bad head gaskets I'm sorry this is so long winded but I needed to get it all out and if I can stop even 1 person from being ripped off like I was then it will all be worth it!

What a phenomenal experience! THIS is what buying a car should be like…read more Last Saturday we went to a different Hyundai dealership, ready to buy a car. The salesman was nice, we had a tentative agreement - depending on whether or not they could get what we wanted. Not only couldn't they get it, but their manager also retracted a different offer that they had made. It left us out both time and money for simply having attempted to shop with them. Yesterday, we called Webb Hyundai and spoke with Cliff. We knew the exact car that we wanted, if they still had it, and he quickly confirmed it. We talked about price and ended up with what we feel is a very fair deal. We drove 2 and a half hours one way, to go buy a car... and it was well worth it. Knowing that we had a long drive back and forth, Cliff and the rest worked with us in route to get as much of the paperwork prepped as possible. Sure, they valued our business, but they also valued our TIME. The manager at the other dealership in Ft Wayne? Not so much. We arrived to find the car freshly detailed, gassed up, and sheltered out of the rain to keep it as nice as possible for us. The transaction was a breeze and Rob, their finance guy, was informative and lent us the benefit of his 17 years with Hyundai with suggestions on what paperwork to keep where, and how to best move forward if there are any warranty questions. I spent ** 5 hours ** driving back and forth to and from Merrillville last night and it was worth it. The folks at Webb are the sorts of folks you want to deal with, from the top all the way down. Not all dealerships can make that claim. So, if you get the runaround someplace else? Or simply want to skip the runaround altogether? Make the drive to Webb Hyundai, ask for Cliff, and he'll see that everything goes smoothly.

Drew was our sales associate and was friendly and it felt like we have known him for years! We test drove the car and it looked and handled great, there was a light on the Drew said was probably a low battery because it had been in the show room for over 3 months. We talked it over and purchased the vehicle. By this time it was late Saturday afternoon and we had a 2 hour drive to get back home. We finished our paperwork and decided to stop at a restaurant to grab a bite before our drive home. When we finished the car wouldn't start because the battery was dead! So I called Drew and within 15 minutes he showed up with a new battery! He took the dead battery out and realized Autozone gave him the wrong battery. He apologized and headed off again, this time he drove back to Jabaay and grabbed a battery that was the correct size that looked brand new. He installed the new battery and put the trunk back together. (Yes, I said trunk!) Audi TTS has the battery in the trunk and it's quite the process to install a new battery! He stayed until we fired it up and no engine lights we on! We would recommend this Dealership and especially Drew to anyone looking for a quality used car. It's been about a month and we love our TTS! Thank you Jabaay! And Drew, thank you for service above and beyond! Boyd and Rhonda Minton

Told me he appreciated our so many years buying Nissans from them and told me this was the least he could do. So very nice, appreciative and showed me high character and caring attitude. To say the least we have already purchased over 10 nissans from them and it will continue. Thanks you so much Southlake Nissan and especially Randy.

"Maybe you should ask your husband"…read more My husband is 6'6" and often has a hard time finding a car that he can comfortably sit in. As I had a 2018 Nissan Rogue that I loved I thought lets go to Nissan to see what works for us and finally have a car my husband can comfortably sit in. Josh was great at helping us find a car and when I finally decided to come in to buy the car that's when things went south. I had an extremely frustrating and frankly unacceptable experience at South Lake Nissan, thanks entirely to the Financial Manager, Jim Menz. I was ready to purchase a vehicle and made my position crystal clear--I did not want the extended warranty. Despite saying "no" more than 15 TIMES, Jim continued to pressure me, I even asked "Are you saying the only way I will be able to purchase this car is to buy a warranty?" He said, "No I'm not saying that." Okay then I DONT WANT IT! NO IS A COMPLETE SENTENCE. However Jim refused to move forward unless I agreed to buy it - of course at this point I had already paid my deposit. This felt less like a sales conversation and more like coercion. When I continued to stand my ground, the interaction took an even more inappropriate turn. Then Jim said it, "Maybe you should ask your husband" . That comment was not only irrelevant, as I am the one buying and paying for the car, but also incredibly insulting. I am fully capable of making my own financial decisions, and suggesting otherwise in 2025 is unacceptable. Let me be very clear: That comment was completely inappropriate, condescending, and offensive. I am an adult, and fully capable of making my own financial decisions. My spouse's gender or existence had absolutely no relevance to the transaction. The remark came across as dismissive and disrespectful, and it had no place in a professional business setting. High-pressure tactics are bad enough. Being talked down to and patronized while trying to complete a purchase is unacceptable. No customer should have to endure repeated badgering, refusal to proceed with a sale, or personal comments simply because they won't agree to unnecessary add-ons. I ultimately completed the purchase despite this behavior thanks to another Manager Sam who helped make Jim stop pressuring me--but I would never return, and I strongly warn others to be cautious. If South Lake Nissan allows their finance managers to bully customers and make inappropriate remarks, that reflects a serious failure of leadership and accountability. 2 days after buying my car, I noticed thick white exhaust coming from my car that I have driven less than 30 miles on. I then noticed my car was shaking when accelerating and also noticed thick black burnt oil marks on the ground that splattered from my exhaust. At this point I am LIVID, cars are a major financial purchase, and to buy one to then have problems less than 2 days after the purchase was made... As the car was a Kia I ended up going to Kia with my car for repairs. See Kia's reviews if you want to see how that went.

I flew from Virginia to Indiana to pick the truck up and what should have been a straightforward cash purchase turned into an 8-hour ordeal at the dealership. Before traveling there, I specifically asked whether I needed a cashier's check and was told I did not. Once I arrived, they suddenly did not want to accept my personal check and also refused to accept a business check, which is ultimately why the purchase had to be completed in my personal name instead of through my company. The problems continued after the sale. There was a major delay getting the MSO/title paperwork, which created registration issues, and I paid $2,455.35 in Indiana reciprocal sales tax at the dealership only to later end up paying Virginia sales tax again because the credit could not be properly applied. I eventually had to file a complaint with the Indiana Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. The dealership's attorneys are now blaming the title/entity structure, despite the fact that the dealership itself refused to accept the business check that would have allowed the transaction to be completed under the business name in the first place. At this point I've spent months dealing with paperwork, DMV issues, tax issues, and legal correspondence over what should have been a simple truck purchase. If you are buying from out of state, especially as a business owner, I would strongly recommend getting every payment, title, tax, and registration detail in writing before making the trip.

My wife and I have been searching for a VW Tiguan to purchase right away. We finally decided on a specific model, which Team Imports' website said they had on their lot. We decided to contact the dealership via their inquiry button on the website. We received a phone call and email at 4:04PM requesting we make an appointment, which we made for 5:45PM. We live over 40 miles away from the dealership, so we departed our home around 4:30PM, very excited to purchase a new Tiguan. That excitement turned to anger and frustration when we arrived at TEAM around 5:30PM. We were greeted outside the dealership. I went inside to use the bathroom, while the salesperson informed my wife that the Tiguan we inquired about had "just been sold to a woman who traded in a truck". They also informed us they had no Tiguans on their lot. My wife and I were so upset, there were no words to be shared, so we just walked out. What were they thinking would happen? Did they think they could talk us into a different model? Did they really think I would spend $40,000 with a dealer who lied to me? I have purchased a few cars in my day and know that the paperwork to obtain a new automobile takes longer than an hour. Even if it didn't take that long, why wouldn't the dealer call me and let me know the specific car I inquired about had been sold? TEAM collected all this information during the inquiry process on their website. No apologies, no offer to pay for the $15.00 in gas we burned to go to the dealer, no email this morning apologizing, no nothing. In fact, I received a marketing email from them today, which tells me they just don't care about their customers. You should stay clear of this company. They do not operate with integrity.
