The food and service were both fantastic. It's definitely not flashy or overly fancy, but it had exactly the right vibe for my partner and me. We ordered the mollejas, empanadas de choclo, and skirt steak with fries and everything was a 10/10. I'm pretty picky when it comes to restaurants, especially when it comes to food quality, so I was genuinely impressed with everything we ordered. The mollejas were incredibly flavorful, and the empanadas were fresh and delicious. And then came the skirt steak... wow. Cooked to a beautiful medium, it was tender and packed with flavor. The fresh-cut fries were perfectly crispy on the outside and super fluffy on the inside. Our server, Flor, was an absolute doll. She was so sweet and attentive, and the rest of the staff was just as wonderful. They were constantly checking in, clearing plates as we finished, and our food came out quickly without ever feeling rushed. We absolutely loved the experience and would happily come back. Wishing this restaurant continued success. we're so glad we stopped in!

The provoleta con chorizo is a must-order. The pulpo a la plancha is another standout: perfectly tender with just the right amount of crisp on the outside. I've tried several of their steaks and can honestly recommend all of them -- the quality is consistent across the board. If you're in Miami and craving good Argentine flavors in a relaxed setting, Fiorito delivers. Highly recommend.

New Campo has a nice setup, good decor, plenty of seating inside, and some outdoor tables. Service was just ok. Friendly enough, but not especially attentive, or memorable. They were out of the beef empanadas when I tried to order them, which was disappointing given that is a staple for a place like this. I ordered the Argentine sausage sandwich. It was decent and filling, but nothing that stood out. Overall, the food was ok, not excellent. New Campo feels like a place that can be solid for straightforward grilled items, but my sandwich and visit was more middle-of-the-road. On the bright side, pricing felt reasonable for Miami Beach, which is a plus. This is an OK option if you are nearby and want something easy and casual. I will go with a three star review.

There was nice decorations on the wall and I couldn't find a single crumb anywhere! The staff was also friendly and told us where to go to grab the food we ordered. I decided to get the skirt steak and it was cooked to perfection. I will say the chimichurri sauce was a little underwhelming as it didn't have my flavor and only tasted like oil to me, so I didn't use it. The steak was flavorful and the portion was more then reasonable for the price! The rice was also very well done as well, cooked perfectly! We moved to Georgia about a year and a half ago, which was a great move for us and we have truly loved our new home and hood, but the only thing we don't have in our new area is good Argentinian food. That's why when we got to town, we knew we were going to look specifically for a good churrasco. We discovered Alta Vaca Grill on Yelp near our airbnb and had it on our first night. Normally, hubby and I would split a steak but on this visit we each got our own and cleaned our plates. Alta Vaca definitely hit the spot! We each had a churrasco cooked medium with fries for me and rice for my husband. Every bite was music to my tastebuds! We loved it so much that when making dinner plans with friends a couple days later and the night before our flight back home, we knew we wanted to return to Alta Vaca one last time before leaving. I made a reservation for 8 and I'm glad I did because the space inside is somewhat limited and they were slammed. Despite the place being jam packed and us being a large party, our server was incredible as was their entire staff. Our food came quickly and tasted just as divine as the first visit. I ordered the churrasco again but this time with potato salad instead of fries. I asked if the potato salad was vinegary because I tend to be picky about those, but I was assured that if I didn't like it, I could switch it to something else after. This was great to know but not necessary as I ended up loving it along with the delicious steak. I savored every bite and lamented at the fact that I could not take the whole place home with me as I was not ready to let go. If we had Alta Vaca Grill near our new home, I would be there at least weekly without question. Amazing service with mouthwatering food and reasonable prices makes this an easy 5-star rating in my book. If we are ever in the area again, returning will be high on the priority list. If you are lucky enough to live nearby and haven't tried them yet, I suggest you run, not walk there, sooner rather than later because you will not be disappointed.
