Ok this will be fun. I arrive check in on machine and give card of where payment will be made from after insurance. Great gave them my Health Savings Card. Sat and waited with another person same insurance as me getting a Covid test. Some other people show and the person working there was finishing up with a patient's but can't take walk in's. The person ahead of me comes and goes easy peasy now my turn. Well I was taken pretty darn close to my scheduled appointment time and she was pleasant too. Got prescriptions sent to pharmacy of my choice ie closer to home as well as I figured get a shingle shot while I am here. They are kind and compassionate as well as professional. Every week I meet with them and they provide me encouragement, explaining what they are doing every step of the way to make sure I was comfortable. They provided fallow up calls to see how I was doing on my own. When I had a medical "bump in the road", they held my hand and encouraged me to hang in there. I often feel a good bedside manner is a huge part of the process and this team deffintly provides that. I would recommend this company to over see any research program.
