Keep in mind that this is a walk in clinic so they can be a wait but if you have an appt the wait really isn't too bad. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is from a couple of issues relating to the staff (not calling in meds, kind of a big deal). So no wonder the front of house staff treats people coming in the door terribly when that's how they are treated internally. We wasted time filling out all documents and sitting for an hour before being told being seen here would be a liability because he had already had a surgery on his clavicle. All we wanted was to review his pain management and wound care. Not to mention the place is FILTHY from the outside. You are a dollar sign to these people. They are overseeing a project that may help me as well as give additional help to others with the same problem. The research team is absolutely amazing. They are kind and compassionate as well as professional. Every week I meet with them and they provide me encouragement, explaining what they are doing every step of the way to make sure I was comfortable. They provided fallow up calls to see how I was doing on my own. When I had a medical "bump in the road", they held my hand and encouraged me to hang in there. I often feel a good bedside manner is a huge part of the process and this team deffintly provides that. I would recommend this company to over see any research program.

Then today I called to discuss abnormal results with the physician, which I thought would be a common thing to do when you receive abnormal results in your online file, and she told me I needed to call the location where I walk-in (which was there) , then rudely told me they don't discuss results and I would have to pay the walk-in again if I wanted to discuss with a physician. That seems off. I understand COVID and being more patient with customer service these days, but there was nobody else in the walk-in that day and this lady had no reason to talk rudely to me over the phone. I was simply calling to ask about abnormal results. She is in the business of people and health. Compassion would be helpful in her arsenal of attitudes.
