Plus I never got my referrals for two separate doctors. One I finally got after Cynthia intervened. I was in dire need to speak with Jackie about a time-sensitive issue. The person taking the message said she marked it urgent and left it on Jackie's desk. I waited 4 business days for a call back and by that time my issue could not be resolved favorably. Humana, Conviva and my eye surgeon's office also tried to reach her and she would not take their calls or return any calls. I can not go back to that office and have to deal with rude, unprofessional staff. I am nonconfrontational and would be very uncomfortable around those two.

There is a system and it flows to a T. The door to the facility promptly open at 6am. I filled out my paperwork, paid the co-pay and was told to wait for a nurse to get me. Bring a small blanket because it is very cold. First round I wore my shoes and second round I went in my stocking feet. Reason for not wearing shoes was because when they lay you back, it felt uncomfortable with my shoes. Others said it feels like an assembly line. For me it felt like a car wash. Everyone was wonderful. Even though I had a blanket, they put a warm blanket on top of me. Both times there were 2 other patients waiting to go next. I was given multiple eye drops. The first time it felt like I was being water boarded and the second time the nurse slowly counted each drop. I had a terrific anesthesiologist who made darn sure that he supplied me with a great cocktail and nausea medication. When the procedure was over, I skipped the drinks and snacks and couldn't wait to get home to check out my new eyesight. Hope I can put anyone to rest if they are apprehensive about the surgery. The only agony is waiting for the other people to get done. Once those doors open, you are wheeled into the operating room and things move fast. This is when you should take some time to watch the show. To be able to see different unexplainable images without any pain was remarkable. Hearing the doctor say, "Perfect!" Put the shine on this old girl's eyes.

But somehow due to some unforeseen circumstances, we were denied at first. After pleading with the staff we were then allowed to get the blood work done. It's weird to me because we always get our blood work done. In the same annual physical visits. We never had to "request" for this service. Oh well, not all the offices were as nice as our previous doctor. Probably will still go back for our next annual check ups. Once I went to a real functional medicine Dr they discovered what the cause of all of my health issues was in one visit. I really enjoyed seeing Dr Singh, unfortunately she prescribed me a new medication at every visit. Prozac, Wellbutrin, adderall, Xanax, etc. A functional medicine Dr does not polydrug their patient to mask their symptoms. Then came my 4 year long journey of withdrawal due to Dr Singh abruptly taking me off all the antidepressants she had me on. She has done this to 2 other people that I know personally, and they have suffered equally as much as me as a result. When I realized that I was in withdrawal, her only response to me was "want me to send you another prescription for Prozac?" I stayed off all the meds and finally made out of the withdrawal hell, battled severe withdrawal symptoms including depression, suicidal ideation, panic attacks and horrific akathisia just to share a few and I now feel strong and amazing and I am returning to warn others and perhaps educate the Dr herself of the damages that overprescribing can cause. I think Dr Singh has good intentions and I really loved the aspire health model. I suffered so much from the effects of her negligence that I would feel terrible not speaking out.

We were there for FOUR AND A HALF HOURS just to get four stitches. This isn't the first time either.
