I've never had a bad experience here but today I walk in for a needed Xray of my son's foot from an accident and I'm told the tech is at other locations today. If you need urgent care and feel Xray will be needed don't go here or call first if possible, otherwise you'll be driving south to Baptist Urgent Care like me. read more

Everything about my visit here was great and the staff couldn't have been any nicer, literally everyone I came into contact with was absolutely amazing and so kind. I had to get a medical clearance for some upcoming surgery so I was a bit on the nervous side and they were so understanding and patient with me. I only wish I had gotten the names of everyone who worked there but I will say that Guillermo the physicians assistant was awesome and really easy to talk to. I have really small veins and I'm hard to draw blood from but the lady who took my blood did it painlessly. For those people complaining that they had to wait longer than they wanted to, well obviously there's going to be a wait especially since they take their time with each patients and don't rush you out of there. I will definitely go back there should the need arise! read more

Came here for some cold/cough symptoms and was treated right away! The PA Prem Lund was excellent! His clinical skills were good, and he was a very sweet guy! Reason I gave this place 4 stars was because the front desk receptionist, Maya, is extremely rude! Not friendly at all; she was abrupt and not someone I would ever want to talk to, especially if I was sick. I would highly suggest this place gets a better front desk receptionist because I was ready to walk out as soon as she started talking. Also the nurse who took my vitals was wearing acrylic nails, which is kinda gross and unprofessional in a health care environment. I'm surprised this place even allows her to have acrylics and rings, considering it is usually against OSHA standard. read more

I went here for something I thought was infected. It ended up being infected and they took care of me the first visit amazingly. They got me in, filled prescriptions and asked for me to come back in three days to see if the infection was going down. Mind you I did not have an appointment and was seen with in 20 minutes. I go back 3 days later for the follow up with an appointment. It took them 45 minutes past my appointment time to see me. I asked the lady at the front how much longer they thought it would be because I had made an appointment and had made plans with my aunt and it was quickly approaching. She yelled at me and told me they would call me when they were ready for me. I will not be going back to this urgent care again if there is another non ER emergency again. read more

Love this place! Well I don't love visiting for medical issues lol. I was referred here years ago when I started my last job and they made me get X-rays for TB requirements (when you work in treatment centers). They were super awesome four years ago and still are! I chose this place to get my blood pressure monitored by a physician because of my very positive experience years ago. Things are still just as great. The staff is VERY personable! From the reception, to the nurse, to the phlebotomists (even though he couldn't find my veins), to the physicians. Prem Lund is the PA I was seeing and I cannot say anything remotely bad about him. I saw him 4 Fridays in a row to monitor blood pressure, cholesterol, and all sorts of medical stuff lol. Dr. Prem was not pushy like many physicians and knew better to lecture me. I feel like I received an education instead. Dr. Phew prescribed me some meds to assist with everything and walked me through everything. My new job required a physical and X-rays for TB so of course I returned for that. I also got refills on my medications. I will be returning once I have insurance again. This place is open 7 days a week with late hours, which is initially one of the reasons I went here. The office is outdated, especially the light switch in the bathroom in the back. It's a knob that looks like it's for a heat lamp lol. Appointments are not necessary and walk ins are welcome. I made appointments just to make sure. read more

Came on Sunday with excruciating arm pain. I was greeted by very friendly staff. Check in process was quick. I was seen by the P A Michael Grondin, he was very thorough examining my arm and hand.. I received a shot for inflammation and steroids.. was told to come back Wednesday for follow up. I made appointment for 10:00 Wednesday Today Wednesday I show up for my scheduled appointment time.. I check in and wait.. 30 minutes go by and walk in people are been seeing before me.. I ask the girl at desk how much longer? Her reply there is 1 person ahead of you. That's funny 4 people were called back.. well I sat for another 20 minutes and got aggravated and left!! The staff on Sunday were much more pleasant and helpful.. I will not come back or recommend this place to anyone.. better off going to MD now down the street next to dominos.. they are more professional and speak English!!!! read more

The doctor that I saw was very informative and gave me a very detailed diagnosis; however, I don't know why I had to fill out all of the paperwork when I had been there before. They are also kind of slow and I waited around 1/2 an hour when there was only 1 other person in the waiting area. They should also fax over the prescriptions to the specified pharmacy. I need to take my 96-year-old mother to an urgent care Center for some swelling in her hand. Yes there was a wait, but that is expected at any doctors office you go to. Each and everyone of the staff were respectful, polite, and delightful! I want to be sure to acknowledge two special people; Annette, one of the nurses, who couldn't have been nicer to my mother. Additionally, Guillermo, one of the physician assistance, was equally kind to my mother. He was so kind in fact that when we admired his Guardian Angel pendant, he took it off and put it around my mother's neck for her to keep! I asked him if he was sure and he said absolutely! My mother who has some dementia, was delighted with this expression of kindness. I was as well. I do recommend this Urgent CareCenter if you need to go. Much better than going to an emergency room unless you have a true emergency! read more

With the exception of the doctor and guy who took our samples, it probably would have been a good experience. HOWEVER, first we got there and waited 20 minutes outside. We were there for COVID tests. I called from the parking lot and didn't get an answer so we flagged down the guy doing the tests. He doesn't know who we are even though we had an appointment. There were 3 of us, he brought 2 medical releases. As he took each sample, he did not confirm our names, birth dates, anything so there was no way to know which sample was which. I finally asked him, "don't you need my name?" Then he goes to my husband takes his sample, again without confirming his name and when my husband asked, he said "yeah you're SD" and we were like NO!! He's JD, I'm SD. We are 90% sure they mixed up our tests since the one with symptoms had a negative test and the one with no symptoms had the positive test. Then, our son's test didnt even have a name. Again, he didnt ask his name. We still haven't gotten those results and have zero idea if they were labeled properly. WHen the doctor called to give us the results, we tried to tell him about our experience and that we thought there might have been a mix-up and his response was "we do hundreds of these tests and you're the first one to complain" WHAT??? he showed zero lack of concern in the sample collection practices or our experience. He flat did not care. I would not recommend going here EVER. I've been to the plantation office and it was much nicer and more professional. Two stars because the office staff is nice and helpful. The rest is just a horrible experience. read more

This place is unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. You would think working at an urgent care the employees would work with a sense of urgency and seriousness but that couldn't be further from the truth. I wasn't going to write a review for the experience I had on my visit to get tested for the Covid-19 virus, but after today I feel it necessary. First when I was called by the "virtual doctor" they asked me 2 questions and told me to stay home quarantined without administering a test on me, it wasn't until after I explained to him for a second time that I may have been exposed by a person who had coronavirus at my job that he told me I will be able to take a test. It felt like he diagnosed me with covid-19 "virtually" and with no evidence. His questions were: have you been coughing or sneezing? And do you have fever or diarrhea? Both questions I answered no so I have no idea how he concluded I was infected. At the testing site the nurse that came to my car was very rude and extremely condescending. After a few days my results were in and I got a call from a young man who was laughing and having a conversation with a young woman in the office while on the phone with me telling me my results. As he reads my positive result I hear him and his friend laughing which is extremely disrespectful and left me feeling very upset. My mother is a senior with immune deficiency problems so this result worried me as she is an at risk person, so I called her and she called to make an appointment with urgentmed. Today was the day of her appointment and the doctor has been unavailable for 3 hours after her appointment time was supposed to be. As she is at risk every moment counts in order to assure she gets the care she needs. If anything happens to my mother I will forever hold that against this god awful establishment. read more

I would like to start off by saying that I have not been to any other medical office this badly operated like this. I went in for a Immigration Physical as the location was suggested to be the closest to where I'm currently living by USCIS. What could went wrong, right? Just some check ups, blood test, and vaccines if I'm missing any. And if the place was listed on government website, it means they have to have all the equipments needed. Turned out I was wrong, one week after my visit, they called and told me blood test result showed that I need another vaccine shot. I told them my vaccination record showed that I has that in the past. So they said: oh, it's on low level now, you would need another one. It's fine, I don't mind taking another shot. Here's when it got worst. They told me we do not have that vaccine right now, you will need to get that shot elsewhere and bring us the proof of you got that. I was surprised, but ok, understanding it's covid time, supplies are in shortage. But, I also will need to pay out of my pocket for that shot when getting it somewhere else. Apparently, if I take the shot at cvs, walgreens... it would be $200, or about $20-30 at Florida Dept of Health, as one of the doctor told me on the phone. I was asking them how would you guys treat patient like this, when I paid the full cost of the whole exam up front($450) and now because you dont have something and you ask me to go somewhere and pay extra bucks for that. So I called around to make sure about pricing, turns out even Dept of Health would also charge $200 for that shot, so same price applies everywhere. I called the office back, another doctor (pretty sure it was the dark skin female doc that drew my blood) spoke to me this time with such a attitude, yelling at me saying "you either go get the shot and give us the proof or you won't be getting your results". I was like wow, okay if you guys don't really care about people that much then I guess spending another $200 will smooth your day out. Here's what I think, if you bring your car to a tire shop to get a new set of tires, and the shop only has 3. What will they do? I believe they will have the other one tire available( buy off some other shops, call the supply...) other than asking you: hey go around and buy me the missing tire here and I will install them all for you. Running a business is crucial, especially in the health care. I hope you guys treat people better, not like dogs. read more

This is my last time here. After many horrible and unorganized experiences I tried one more time. This time it's for a rapid test. I refuse to do the PCR anymore with this group as they are always late getting the results back. Today, as I write, I've been in my car for 45 minutes. And I have an appointment. They are not particularly busy. Just beyond unorganized. Horrible!!! Will never come back and highly recommend if you need either a PCR or Rapid test to go elsewhere. read more

Absolutely horrible. Took them an hour and a half to even call me back for a 10 min employment drug screen, and they had very few patients.

My two boys and their mom were recently in Florida. Kids being kids, my youngest had an accident. So when I spoke to him on the phone, I asked, "was it scary, was the Dr. nice?" He said, "dad, they are AWESOMENESS". Their mom said that the Dr. gave her excellent guidance about something that had been bothering her as well. After an hour and a half dib shit told me they took the wrong insurance and couldn't do anything until they ran my car insurance. Told them from the beginning I needed to get back to work. I came on 2/15/19 around 11-11:30 am. After weeks of feeling absolutely awful I really needed to speak to a doctor. A woman walking behind the receptionist spoke to me in such a RUDE manner about how if I have "government insurance" it will cost me "$125" to be seen. She was not discreet at all and basically made me feel as though I wasn't good enough to be seen. Upset and ill, I left and went to the er. Turns out I needed a blood transfusion. I went there for a DOT physical, I was in the waiting room for 2.5 hrs before being called in. Another hour before I was finished. For a total of 3.5 hrs. While waiting for the paperwork I noticed one of the staff going through the files and then picking one. It looks to me they pick and choose whoever they want. I was in a bind and had to come here for an immunization but won't be coming back here again. They make you wait FOREVER and I understand priorities, but one of the people who came here after me got called back before me for z-pak. Then someone called and asked what the wait time was and the secretary said "I only have 2 patients" but there were 4 of us sitting here. Furthermore, the prices for each procedure are listed in the waiting room and I was charged $45 for something listed at $30.
