Wow. What an amazing experience at this LabCorp and on a Saturday!!! I had a situation with a different lab I won't mention where they told me they would not take walkins. The particular test I needed to be done had to be then- so I showed up at LabCorp with my orders for the other lab and explained to the woman at the front what was happening- she told me "don't worry sweetie, sign in and we'll be right with you". Thankfully my insurance takes both of the major labs and I was able to come here- from now on I will definitely be visiting LabCorp when I have the choice. read more

Gets triple stars easily over Quest Diagnostics nearby for HAVING AN ACTUAL FRONT DESK PERSON in addition to the virtual kiosks. Took an hour and a half to ginally get the service I needed but most patients were far quicker than that. The staff while initially brusque, were welcoming and attentive - especially Julia who gave me my jacket cuz I was cold. No bike parking though but otherwise the lab and bloodwork care and service provided gets done what needs to get done. read more

2 stars is too much for this location. I was here at 7.45 am and they were able to mismanage my appointment with only 2 ppl in the office. As a result I missed my lab drawing window. The Latin woman here acts like she has PMS all the time and it interferes with her work. read more

Went in for my 9:45 apt. Once people that came in after me started getting called I had to ask what was going on. They said I didn't check in. Which is crazy because I used their QR code to check in, was called in to get a urine sample and the lady took my bloodwork form within 5 minutes of checking in. But somehow I wasn't checked in anymore. I was there for over an hour and a half and left without getting bloodwork because I had another appointment to get to at 11:20. I'm sorry for scheduling appointments so close together I didn't realize I had to dedicate 2 or more hours of time for a simple blood draw. read more

Came here to get some blood work I actually got a bit lost because I ended up across the street at the bank. Once I realized I made it and walked into a clean organized place. You check in on one of the digital machines and take a seat. They then call you to conform certain information. Staff was prompt and organized. Please save yourself the trouble and just go to any other lab Corp or a quest diagnostics anywhere is better than this place. It must be the same lady at the front desk every time that they are talking About in the other reviews. She is extremely rude and un helpful. She sent me to the kiosk to check in which I attempted to do but it started showing me somebody else's information whenever I would scan my things such as their first last name date of birth home address as well as insurance information. I press the button for assistance to finish at the desk and she refused to help me at the desk and again directed me towards the check-in kiosk once I was over there there were multiple guest waiting to be seen that tried to help me as the lady at the farm was unhelpful to them as well and told me I will not be getting any help from her. I had to come for an unemployment drug test. Their hours are not clear on their website, so they have it posted on a piece of paper on the entrance door. They are open from 7am-3pm, but but not complete drug screenings from 9:30am-3pm. Nonetheless, after being cleared up about their hours, I made an appt online which was easy. Once arriving I checked in at the kiosk which was quick as well. The receptionist at the front desk was extremely unpleasant and unclear in her directions. She had air pods in, so I'm sure she doesn't pay much attention to patrons. Luckily, I was called right at my appt time. Parking is adequate and the facility is nice, however it is extremely dirty inside. The waiting room has a TV which is a plus, but there were month old newspapers and dirty chairs. When being called back to wash my hands, there is no hot/warm water, it doesn't even work when turning in the hot water knob. I like that they give you a space to store your bag with a lock and key. The bathroom is disgusting and you can tell they don't clean it often. The technicians don't wear proper fitting gloves, which could just be my OCD. Overall, scheduling was easy, but the facility and staff themselves need work. read more

Simply rude employees greets you by saying what do you want ? Ugh and promptly walks away ... then another drone comes over and says kiosk sign in the kiosk and starts using her phone. I never thought I'd be reviewing a preemployment drug test but here I am. I arrived on time for my 11:15 appointment and proceeded to check in at the kiosk. I received a text saying that they were ready for me almost immediately. The receptionist helped me fill out the form and promptly sent me to the back. I was directed to wash my hands and sit in a waiting area until it was my turn to use the bathroom. I was really appreciative that the chairs were nicely spaced for physical distancing. When it was my turn, I was impressed that they had a lockbox for my wallet and smartphone compared to other testing centers where I've been made to leave my valuables out in the open. This facility allows you to make appointments for drug screenings on Saturday's but does not do drug screenings on Saturdays. Please fix this. Not fair for us to make appointments and show up to signs everywhere that we can't be seen that day. read more

I tried to do a walk in for drug screening for a new job, only to be told they only do drug screenings by appointment. They said go home and make the appointment online. I needed to get my blood work done and this is where my insurance sent me. To tell you the truth I have been here before and it was a zoo in here. Today I decided to come at little after 7:00 am just after they opened. Checkin was easy you just enter all your info at the kiosk and sign in. My wait was less then few minutes before they called my name. The technician took 4 vials of my blood, I must say she very gentle and I didn't bruise which I was happy about. The front office staff was very friendly and explained all the paperwork I was signing. Today was great experience here! I suggest you come first thing in the morning. They do a lot of drug testing for employees here so this is why it's so busy. They do take appointments but I have learned that does mean anything. read more

Walk ins are not worth it. They absolutely are not. I had to go in for bloodwork, meaning I was not permitted to eat for at least seven hours prior. We got there at 9:30 AM to a waiting room packed with forty-eight people. The reception staff was rude and dismissive, and it became immediately obvious that they triple book appointments, so even if you have one you still may be there for hours. Their information indicates that you shouldn't bring your children, but there were entire families taking up space with strollers and screaming toddlers. We watched patiently as everyone who came before us popped in, and then increasingly less so as people who came long afterward came and went. Checked with the guy at the reception window and saw my paperwork at the top of the pile, so I asked how long the wait might be. "Two or three more hours, maybe?" This place is a joke, and definitely not a funny one. If you have to visit, make an appointment. I'd encourage you to go virtually anywhere else. read more

Then the guy who took my blood was very incompetent. He cause me a lot of pain during the process, something that a had never experienced before doing and easy blood test. He must have rupture my vain because the next day I woke up with a big black bruise on my arm that lasted a week and half. The guy was in a rush and didn't see to care much. This company only cares about making money but they forgot about their clientes and service. On another occasion it took me a month to get my test results back. I went for routine blood works and although the waiting time wasn't too long, it was the whole experience of getting my blood drawn that was horrible and left me with a dark painful bruise in my arm. The first nurse who attended to me just couldn't find that sweet spot to take the IV injection and when she finally managed to, she drew the blood, then halfway through she hesitated and finally said she can't use that sample because the blood had bubbles. Well, duh? Who's fault was that???! She took out the needle and wasn't even apologetic. She said I should have drank a lot of water before coming knowing my veins were tiny. Ok...So she's even blaming me for this scenario. She tried doing my other arm but still could find a good enough vein so she had to call another more senior nurse who walked in and in less than a minute was able to successfully and pleasantly complete the whole procedure. It hardly left any spot in my other arm. As you can see in the photos, that's my bruised arm where the first blood was incorrectly taken. Photo are taken the same day and a few and 4 days later.
