The medical assistant was on the phone preparing my PPD syringe to inject it into my skin on my arm.. I asked her if she could put the phone on hold while she was speaking to the customer and she said "I know what I'm doing"! And she said it with a very rude attitude and I told her I wasn't comfortable with her speaking on the phone to someone else while preparing my PPD dose. I did tell her as a nurse for 40 years I never had the phone on one hand and prepared medication with the other and she said something rude and I left. This is just a word of warning for people who use this service very unprofessional!

I made the appointment a week in advance, and checked in on time using the link that was sent to me. Right off the bat, the employee who came to call me back seemed like she must've been having a bad day or something. She called my name like I was her worst enemy for no reason. Once in the room, she told me they don't have my doctors orders and can't do anything. I told her my doctor is the one who told me to come, and that if there was an issue with the paperwork I should've been told before I came. She said that it was common sense that I should have known. How could I know when my doctor told me that I was good? Also, there's no need to be so rude, and now I was worried about this person potentially putting a needle in my arm. I went outside and called my doctor, and she asked to speak with someone there. They refused, rolled their eyes, and said "if it's not in the system, it's not in the system." I kept telling them I understand and that I'm trying to resolve that, but they wouldn't listen. So I ended up not being able to have the appointment, and I'll have to reschedule but my prescription has now run out. Multiple employees were extremely rude. The lobby attendant was sitting in a chair in the waiting room blending in with the patients so she was essentially useless because nobody even knew she was there. This office is unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude. I'll be going to another location in the future even if it's less convenient.

The particular test I needed to be done had to be then- so I showed up at LabCorp with my orders for the other lab and explained to the woman at the front what was happening- she told me "don't worry sweetie, sign in and we'll be right with you". Thankfully my insurance takes both of the major labs and I was able to come here- from now on I will definitely be visiting LabCorp when I have the choice.
