The cost is very reasonable, the time to install is minimal and there is almost no mess. Seth's team of professionals were in and out before we could believe it. They were not only very professional but kept the area clean as they went along. The bottom line is that the kitchen looks beautiful and new. The reason we did it again after 7 years was that we simply wanted a change and knew that the process is easy and affordable. Excellent people from start to finish. Always doing everything they could to make the process as simple and easy as possible. Michael Belasky Suffolk, NY

After getting an estimate to repair my gutters over the summer, I waited to have them repaired…read morebecause I had too many renovations going on at the same time. I kept Justin's contact information and gave him a call anticipating the winter storms that may soon be approaching. He responded right away and remembered our previous correspondence. He followed up within 2 days to give me a new estimate since the gutters on the side of the house began to leak as well. We communicated via text, which was the best form of communication for me. He explained what needed to be repaired thoroughly and listed all the materials needed. This would be the third time I had a contractor come to repair my gutters within the last 5 years. It has been a nightmare trying to get my gutters fixed, however this time around I felt confident in hiring Justin and his crew. He sent me a quote detailing the work that needed to be done. I had fascia boards installed, aluminum capping, vinyl vented soffit, mesh covers, and a new gutter replaced only in the front of the house due to my neighbor's gutters hanging a foot onto my side of the house causing a waterfall every time it rained. Since the gutters were pretty new, I did not get new gutters for the rest of the house. They had removed and reinstalled my existing gutters. He was very fair in his pricing, so I moved forward with the contract. And he gave me a 10 year warranty! His partner, Ramon, came with installers the following day and completed the job within 2 days. They were all polite, professional, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them. The job was beautiful and they cleaned up afterwards!

I am a first time home owner and a total novice to renovations, and they were so patient with all our questions and reassurance seeking and the outcome was amazing! Angel went above and beyond with getting the project done in the face of some major unexpected problems (helped to bring a 400 pound fridge in the building when the delivery company abandoned it outside). I would gladly recommend them to anyone!

I hired Mark and his team over two and a half years ago to refinish the cabinets in our kitchen,…read moreincluding a desk area and bar area--a big job! Sorry Mark it has taken me so long to post this--but I think posting now is even better to show how the cabinets look now after so long. I was very nervous and scared about doing it and had interviewed and got quotes from three other kitchen cabinet remodelers, including Mark. Mark's price was competitive with the others, but it was his patience and demeanor with me that I really appreciated--especially in the beginning of getting to know him and asking questions about his quote, how they work, how long it would take, the product they use, etc.--I had a lot of questions and Mark was so patient and very responsive. He even came out again with a sample because I was so nervous about the color and finish that I was trying to decide on. I chose Mark over the other guys I interviewed and I was so glad I did. They did an AMAZING job with our project! They always showed up on time, protected our floors and house while they were working--even though it was such a big job, we hardly had any interruption with our daily life--he and his team made sure the other rooms and areas around the kitchen were protected and his process and how they did it was seamless. It has been two years and eight months and look at my cabinets! Amazing--not one crack! No separation, no fading, no peeling--the cabinets still look factory finished and they look way better than the original finish when they were installed which was a custom glazed finish. Even the busy areas--trash can, refrigerator handle area, etc.--in all this time, they still look perfect! Mark is the best and we are so glad we found him! I have attached photos of the before and after so you can see the transformation!

Finally, we set a date for him to get a sense of the scope of work I was looking to have completed. He arrives on time. I go to the door introduce myself and I said to him as I would any guest, family member, friend etc that come to my home... please take off your shoes and leave at the door. I do not let anyone in my home with there shoes on considering the germs, and things people step on. In any case, he immediately gets upset it seems and said no I will come back and I said well do you have shoe booties if you're umcomfortable with what I thought was a simple request. Again, he seems to get unset and walk away stating he will come back. He knew he wasn't coming back and I was so turned off by his reaction, unprofessionalism on the matter which led me to leave this. So if you are considering doing business with this company... don't ask him to take off his shoes before entering because he will walk out on you with no explanation what's so ever.

Gerry was prompt in coming over to give me a reasonable estimate which included resetting some Belgian blocks which were elevated due to a tree that had previously been bordering our driveway. I didn't even notice how bad they looked because of how bad the driveway looked! Gerry told me to expect the work to begin in about 10 days and he was true to his word. His crew ripped up the driveway and then came back a few days later to fix the Belgian blocks. A few days later, they were here with the asphalt and completed the project. It looks fantastic! This is the third time I've had the driveway done in the 36 years we've owned our home. The first two times we waited about a month between the time the driveway was demolished and the new asphalt was installed. ProMaster was so much quicker and I've never had a driveway look so good. The asphalt seems to be stronger, like a commercial grade that you'd see when a shopping center is repaired. Strongly recommend this company!

He left sprinkler heads exposed to lawn maintenance and did not return to fill in. Then he turned his frustrations on me by stating I was his most difficult customer. I think he should consider his demeanor in dealing with the customer request and not do work that is not desired nor requested.
