The divider was perfect for me because I can never choose between sweet & fruity, so I was able to get both. The service staff were friendly and kind. The other side is Reese's, Oreos, Kit Katz, and fruit like cherries & pineapple. Swirl flavors offered too, between the main flavors. As someone who has had many yogurts and seen many yogurt shops, all I can say is the best! So many flavors and so many toppings to choose from. Far better than pinkberry and its many imitators. I went with some sort of mocca/coffe concoction and cookies & cream. Both were great but the cookies & cream was the best. I also sampled about 10 kings of froyo, as they are self serve. For topping, I loved the whole and broken cookies. The vanilla wafers and nutter butters were amazing choices. On price I had a huge cup for $4.00 or so. Not bad at all! Awesome frozen yogurt choices, and you get to sample them before making a final choice! Of course, there could be more flavors and perhaps more "exotic" choices, but they bring in new stuff often so that's good enough. The topping options are great. They have the typical candy/cookie stuff (Reese's, Oreos, etc.) and cereal (Cap'n Crunch and Fruity Pebbles), but they also have fun mochi balls (chewy, sweet rice balls the size of blueberries) and boba balls (pea-sized balls filled with passionfruit or strawberry juice that pop when you bite them!). There's a variety of syrups and sauces, and they have tons of fruit options (diced kiwi, banana, strawberry, blueberries, raspberries, etc.). There's also cookie dough bits, brownie bites, and gummy bears. My favorite is original tart with half cookie/chocolate toppings, and half fruit/boba balls. The tart is a nice backdrop for the flavorful toppings. A nice balance. A fruity yogurt with plain fruit is also nice. But if you love chocolate/cake/peanut butter flavors, they have those flavors of yogurt too. Pile on your sweet toppings! It's really not that expensive ($0.45 an ounce, last time I went). The decor is really bright and clean. It's just really fun to come here and serve yourself a refreshing treat. :) read more

i have been going to urban swirl for years. and not once have I had an experience like this one. i walked in at 9:00 (which I will admit is a little annoying since their hours say they close at 10) and the girl at the front was nice for a minute to me. but when it came time for me to cash out i was waiting at the Front while she was taking spoons out of the toppings. at this point it's only 9:20. there was a couple right in front of this worker trying to get some topping for their ice cream and she takes the spoons away from them and puts them in a bucket of sanitizer. What!? they asked if they could get some toppings and she said no. they are already in my bucket. What!?!? they aren't closed for another 40 minutes. I have work in a restaurant for 4 years now. That is no way to talk to a guest. I'm absolutely discussed by her attitude. This poor couple was being so nice too. And she gave them attitude for no reason. I get you want to leave. I had been to this location many times but now have a different perspective of this location and any other Urban Swirl. While sitting there eating with my family, our table, along with another large table next to us, watched a young kid (maybe 3-4 years old) stray away from his parents and started sticking his fingers into the openings of the yogurt machines and then licking his fingers. He continued this on every machine and then started grabbing large serving cups as his parents approached. Shocked, we all watched as the parents took the cups and put them back on the stack for someone else to use and they stood there and watched their kid continue to stick his fingers into the yogurt machine spouts and lick his fingers!!! After this, the kid went over and started putting his hands in the toppings!!! I know that it is the parents who were in the wrong here but the employee working should have been more observant to what was happening to put an end to it. I wonder now, how often this happens and just how sanitary the store really is!!! I am now grossed out at the idea of the "self serve/ open to anyone" yogurt dispensers!!! read more
