I will definitely be booking an appointment soon again!

I was a member for months. Unfortunately, another company took over, everyone was let go, and the…read moreservices went downhill from there. I requested treatments at the desk, by phone and over email. They said they didn't know how to book them or perform them as all of the staff was new. I was paying $200 a month and more for products, treatments, and services. It is not worth it. While I was here almost daily, I saw other complaints and issues arise with other clients. Do not come here. I had been coming here for over 20 years. After their management changed, the location went downhill quickly. I go to another local spa that is much better. With all of the spas in the area, I recommend going to any of the other ones.

I've been here twice and have enjoyed it but always room for improvements!…read more Pros: you have access to amenities all day including indoor pool, lounge area, sauna, steam room, showers. The massages are lovely! Both times I have gone my massage therapists have been amazing and I walk away fully relaxed! Cons: Towels in the women's bathroom are no where to be found. You have one in your locker (hopefully) and that's it! They don't have a rack of towels anywhere. Hooks are equally hard to come by. There is no place to hang your robe or clothes while you are in the showers or sauna. The quiet lounge area isn't that quiet. It's small and some don't really abide by the whisper zone. Overall, I would recommend as a local spot for an upgraded winter relaxation day!

Just over 2 hours from experiencing European Luxury Day Spa and I'm incredibly disappointed. My…read morefacialist was late to start, and it was incredibly underwhelming. She barely gave my face a deep clean, despite double cleansing. It seemed like she had trouble doing extractions and the worst part was she was sick. I wish I've experienced the service and quality of care other reviewers have, but I would not return.

She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire facial, checking in often and making sure the pressure was just right, especially during the extractions. The spa itself is so welcoming, with a cozy waiting area where you can enjoy a cup of hot tea or cold water before your appointment. It really sets the tone for a calming visit. Overall, it was exactly the self-care day I needed. I'll definitely be back to see Erimi and I'm already looking forward to trying some of their other services, especially a massage. It's pretty spartan in here, however the accommodations are fine given that you're heads down on a table. They play soothing music which is nice. I've had multiple masseuses and they're all great. Massages are roughly $1/minute which is great given the quality. Like others I noted the 'no sex' sign which is really unfortunate, as it means they've had to put up with some unsavory and frankly racist stuff from some customers. They're wonderful people and I will definitely keep coming back. Well worth it!
