This place is amazing to say the least. I have been to some of the top so called best massage places in the world for so much money and nothing tops my massage here. I'll go on vacation get a massage and when I get back I instantly come pay them a visit! It's not fancy but you won't be disappointed. Some people complain about the owner but honestly he's just a tough old school man , like my father and does his best to accommodate everyone and only wants the ladies to get the tip they deserve which I see nothing wrong with that as they are providing a service that is exhausting on the hands and body. However if you have a preference for a male or female masseuse, make sure to double check in advance, as they may not have availability. I got a 60 minute deep tissue massage with a ten minute foot massage add on. The massage was intense at times, as the masseuse used a lot of pressure. I felt a bit sore afterwards, but hopefully it's a sign of tension relieved. The deep tissue massage included a hot stone treatment, which was nice, but the stones were initially a bit too hot. They also do a face and neck massage. The treatment areas are separated by curtains so you can hear the people next to you, but they play soothing music and it didn't feel noisy. Prices are very affordable and they accept credit cards for the balance and tip. They also take cards over the phone, if you're buying a treatment as a gift.

I would not recommend this salon--and I especially would not recommend Laurie. Laurie is incredibly rude and dismissive the second you ask a question or give feedback about the nails YOU are paying for. I overlooked it several times because I liked the salon and other techs, but my final straw was my WEDDING nails. I specifically asked for a white/ivory shimmer and clarified that I did not want anything pink because Laurie had previously given me a pink base after we discussed white nails. When I questioned the color this time, she showed me the actual powder--and it was PINK, despite the sample looking white/ivory. When I asked what we could do to get closer to the color I actually requested, she literally shrugged and said, "Nothing." I asked if we could at least test one nail. Instead of trying to help, she continued being rude, dismissive, and argumentative. This wasn't an isolated incident. In previous appointments, she's rolled her eyes when I politely pointed out an issue with a nail, refused a simple design even though we ended up having plenty of appointment time left, and disregarded a color request I had explicitly discussed with her. After I finally told her that if she was going to continue being rude, someone else could do my nails, she REFUSED TO FINISH REMOVING THEM. Another technician had to finish taking them off. The receptionist was equally unhelpful and somehow claimed she didn't know how to contact the manager OR when the manager would be available. Four years as a customer, and this is how I was treated while trying to get my WEDDING nails done. Laurie's customer service is atrocious, and the salon's handling of the situation was just as bad. There are far too many nail salons to spend your money somewhere that treats paying customers like they're an inconvenience. I will never be back, and I absolutely would not recommend this salon or Laurie.

During my massage, the therapist inappropriately lowered the sheet, exposing the majority of my butt. It made me uncomfortable so I tried to move the sheet up slightly and I then caught a second female worker walking around the table and actively recording me with her phone. This was done without my knowledge or consent. When confronted, she claimed she was recording it "for me to see later," which is an unbelievable excuse. I demanded she delete the video completely, including from the deleted files folder. This is an egregious breach of privacy and safety. I strongly urge everyone to avoid iRelax "SPA."

I told them what I was there for and I was told the lady left? 2x. Like what do you mean I spoke to you guys 20 minutes ago and you told me to come in. Then the lady from the front finally comes out says the girl "went to the store", that I will have to wait. Then proceeds to ask if I want to wait???? UH yess! I waited an hour for you to finish a service and I came outside like this, OF COURSE! You would think thats common sense. But no it's because the wax lady which apparently is the only one that does waxes there probably went home. Thats the only reason I can think of. So I waited maybe 5-8 minutes until I left and took my money to Beauty Spa, which is what I should've done in the first place. They were very attentive once I walked in, immediately stopped what they were doing and took care of me. I'm very disappointed in the latin community here, I worked in hospitality/customer service before so I understand the work behind it. Indeed her knowledge of where tension is carried in the muscles is formidable, I am really amazed at how an hour with her is more effective than a week of pain killer! We are now "regulars" -- and couldn't recommend her more highly. Yes, it is relaxing, zen, super spotless and all the rest but more than that it is preventative and holistic an approach to pain and (let's face it) real life management.
