I cleared our schedule Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday and cancelled kids' activities so we could be when he got here. But he never came any of the days he scheduled to come. There was also a lot of manipulation via text to get us to agree to rescheduling again and again and veiled threats by him implying that if we had someone else do it he would communicate with the warranty company to make sure it wasn't covered. It got to the point that I was actually scared for him to come out to my house at all. So we got reassigned and our warranty company has been alerted to the issue. I got the disposal and they installed it, plus added a plug under the sink and fixed the wall switch. Took an hour or so. This is the only handyman our dogs haven't barked at when they got here, and never did. He said he has dogs, but sometimes ours go nuts no matter what, on just hearing or smelling a stranger. The roof took maybe half an hour. Again, professional and efficient. Prices seem a little high to me, but it's been awhile since I hired anyone so this may be the new normal. And I used to be able to do some of this stuff but can't now, so, I have to pay someone sometimes. Worth it to have it taken care of.
