I found Urban Castle Interior Solutions via a yelp search. It is a wonderful family operated business, which does outstanding work. Paul recovered my tattered furniture returning worn and dated pieces to beautiful and useful furniture. They have recovered ottomans, sofas, chairs, and pillows for us, all with outstanding craftsman workmanship and care. We will use Urban Castle Interior Solutions again and you should too. read more

The flat cushions are now plump, comfortable, and great looking. They looked so good I had another couch's cushions re- stuffed. They just came back and look fantastic. I can't find my before pictures, so no point doing after pictures...but take my word, I I have a particularly critical eye and everything they did looks perfect! Paul and his son Grant are delightful people and a pure pleasure to do business with. read more

We picked Urban Castle Interior Solutions because it is a family business and we try to support family businesses as much as we can. Paul and Grant reupholstered two goose neck rockers for us. These pieces are heirlooms. They did a fantastic job!!! The rockers are beautiful and we are enjoying them in our family room. We have more pieces that need to be reupholstered and we will definitely go back to Urban Castle Interior Solutions. We are so glad that we found them. They are reasonable, professional and their workmanship is excellent! read more

Paul and Nicole are delightful but, even more importantly, the work they did in reupholstering my sofa was beautiful, handled quickly, and very attractively priced. read more

I am just thrilled with the work Paul and Grant did restoring my grandparents' Barcelona chair. The end result is absolutely stunning. Their attention to detail and willingness to take on a complicated project are both amazing. And they were both so wonderful to work with! They were prompt in their communication and really listened to my needs. Professional, masterful, and fair in price - I couldn't ask for more. I would recommend them to everyone I know on a heartbeat! read more

Paul and Nicole and a wonderful operation where the details don't get lost in the production of a larger business. They take care with your furniture during the process, have good turn around time, provide samples and suggestions about how to renew an older piece and let you know when additional work is necessary. I have had a sofa reupholstered, my dining room chairs and my outdoor cushions as well as my sunroom settee. Everything is fabulous and I would refer them to my best friends and clients. read more

Paul was highly recommended to me by a very pleased customer and she was right! From the time Paul and Grant picked up my chair and sofa until they returned my beautifully reupholstered pieces to me three weeks later, they have excelled in every way. Their positive communication, reasonable cost estimate, professionalism and excellent workmanship will ensure that we work with them again soon. Thank you for our beautiful "new again" furniture! read more

They maybe the best upholsterers in the world, but they take their sweet time to answer your mail and they rarely answer the phone. OK. After we set up a date and time for a job (and I had a lot more I wanted done and consult about) no one showed up and no one called. After three desperate calls and one new email, I got a call back, with presumably Paul apologizing that he should not have made an appointment because November 24, Friday, was a holiday. The other date he could offer was a week later. When I expressed consternation that he had not checked his calendar, and mentioned that Friday was not actually a holiday, he got angry and told me I can look for someone else. Never mind that I could have done all my errands if someone had just called to say: can we reschedule. read more

Urban Castle Interior Solutions is a great find! Our 13-year old couch needed a face lift, e.g., cushions were tired, and our couch looks new now because of Paul and Nicole's handiwork. Actually, probably better than new, and at a fraction of the price of buying new. The care and attention to detail both Paul and Nicole provided was obvious throughout the entire transaction from consultation to delivery. Easter was right around the corner, and they hustled to get this done in time for company! The pride that they take in their work is commendable; it is a rarity nowadays. I was referred to them by a friend of mine, and now I'm referring them to you! read more

It's been about five months since UCIS replaced the foam in our sofa cushions. It was a small job but was not treated as such! From quote to final pick-up, Urban Castle was professional and helpful. They are a small family business and work from a shop connected to their home. Love the work they, did and I love supporting small businesses in our community. I will definitely use them for larger projects in the future! Highly recommend! read more

From start to finish I had a great experience with Paul and his son, Grant. They were professsional and helpful, responsive and provided excellent work in a timely fashion. I went to their shop to look at fabric options and they both tried to help me find one I liked --- at a reasonable price. I would, and have, recommend them for any upholstery needs. read more

Paul and Nicole just completed a small job for me. I had provided the fabric and antique chair and they picked up the chair, reupholstered it, and returned it. I cannot be more pleased with Urban Castle! They were so pleasant to work with and the workmanship is highly detailed -my chair is better than new! read more

I dropped chairs off with Paul and Grant along with the leather that I wanted them to use for the reupholstery. They could not have been more friendly or professional! The love and passion that they have for their craft shines through their work and their business ethic. Could not be happier with the work they provided and will most certainly be returning. read more

Paul and Nicole are AMAZING. I found them through Yelp reviews and thought I would give them a try. I asked them to slipcover a 3 seat/3back cushion couch. Nicole was incredibly patient with me as I picked different fabrics and then e-mailed her with links so she could see what would work and what wouldn't. Within 2 weeks of having the couch measured, the slipcover was complete and Paul and Nicole came and put it on the couch. It looks AMAZING! Even though it's slipcovered it looks reupholstered. I wanted a tailored look and that's what I got. I've had many pieces reupholstered before but nothing slipcovered. You can be sure I will continue to use Urban Castle Interior Solutions. In fact, I'm waiting on fabric to arrive for 3 more chairs that I've asked them to recover. Their work is A+ and their prices are incredibly reasonable. If you're looking for high-quality work, Urban Castle Interior Solutions is your answer! read more

Paul did an amazing job fitting and constructing a slip cover for my sofa. I have an active toddler in my house and Paul took that into account when recommending the right material. I should really post a photo - the sofa looks great and very fresh. Could you save a lot of money and buy a prefab slip cover? Sure....but your slip cover will slide around, bunch up and look frumpy. You get what you pay for! Does the slip cover Paul did for us look like a reupholster job? No - but pretty close and for a very reasonable cost when you consider the quality of material, and care of fitting and construction. After several months, the slip cover (which we had him scotch guard on account of my child) looks perfect, and has stayed in place exactly the way Paul left it when he dressed our sofa. I'm not exaggerating when I say this slip cover fits like a glove. I'm extremely pleased and feel that the slip cover was great value for the cost. Also, just an extra plug here: using Urban Castle is supporting a family owned business. Paul brought his charming teenage son along for both the fitting and then subsequent dressing of the sofa (he was off school for summer break) - you can tell these are people who really care about their craft; this is a learned, skilled trade being passed down from parent to child. Getting a great product by supporting a great small, family business is icing on the cake! read more

I highly recommend Urban Castle -- great craftsmen, competent businesspeople and genuinely kind people. Working with Paul & Grant to select a new fabric and reupholster my wing chair was about as easy, affordable and gratifying as I could hope for in picking a vendor out of the blue via Yelp reviews (the reviews were spot on!). It was easy to communicate via email and get my questions answered. The fabric I chose from their selection (but I could've provided a fabric from elsewhere) was delivered fairly quickly (~7-10 days) and scheduling a pick up of my chair was easy and done promptly. It took about 3 weeks from pick up to delivery, which was consistent with what my expectations were. Finally, the finished product is gorgeous -- very high quality. It was obvious a great deal of care and attention to detail was given to my piece. And the price for the fabric and the upholstering were quite reasonable - it made reupholstering vs. shopping for a new chair a no-brainer. I could also conveniently pay electronically via Quickbooks with either a credit card or bank account. read more
