I was lucky enough to have Teanna work with me. She's also worked with my wife and she is superb. She knows her stuff and you can absolutely trust her suggestions and advice. She's a reason why we only buy our prescription eyeglasses at Costco. She helped me pick out two sets of frames and even did a 'tune-up' on the pair of glasses I'm wearing until the new ones arrive. Teanna reminded me that we can always bring our glasses in for tune-ups like replacing worn nose pads and readjusting the frames fit on the ears and nose. This is the type of added value Costco provides for all prescription eyeglass purchases.

Ehh...I hover between three and four stars with this Nordstrom Rack. While they have some nice,…read morediscounted prices compared to a regular Nordstrom's I typically don't find anything that I can live without. I y=usually am more apt to find something to my liking at a regular Nordstrom's but I wouldn't quite count myself as a regular shopper there either. By and large it's more of a preference thing really more than anything else. While I do love acquiring clothes...and from an observer's point of view that may look like I am not picky at all with what I get I actually am more picky than it would look. So that really has nothing to do with quality of product of service really. Just preference. Moving away from preference however is the parking to get to the cluster of stores where this store is at. It's often a tight squeeze and and very congested to navigate through here. Other driver's get mixed up at the Stop signs or simply don't care and one can risk a collision. That's why if I go to this sector of stores I park over in the main mall parking lot and get in and out from the main mall routes rather than navigating through all the pedestrians and cars. So if there is anything that causes actual frustration it's that.

I used to go to their optical section since there were very limited…read moreoptometrists in Gig Harbor for a while and the last time I went in the doctor got pissed I wore my contacts to the follow up appointment (like she asked me to, by the way - I even wrote it down in my notes - apparently "she meant bring them, not wear them, to the appointment) but then the receptionist afterwards said I was not going to be rescheduled since "nothing soon" was open. As someone with severe anxiety I am usually overly nice out of fear during appointments. I feel like that is an odd statement though, since obviously there had to be something, anything, that was open. I ended up leaving in TEARS from an anxiety attack because of how awful they were being. Recently I just had some delivery person or processing plant worker steal my face cream THROUGH the packaging. I know they did because the tear on the packaging (including the face lotion's packaging) matches exactly how large the hole is, and it's a very deliberate tear. When I went to go deal with it through Target, however, now my "account can't be found". Even my boyfriend's account "can't be found" which I know is BS because we use his number every time we go to Target. It took me half an hour to even find an online chat for customer service. There's no email for contacting their customer service department. Overall, Target is a big fat YUCK. I will never be shopping here ever again - online or in store. Was already boycotting because of their terrible treatment of and from employees but now I will for sure never go back. I have driven past Mystic Sanctuary a lot interesting past. I have always told myself that I need…read moreto make a stop there but it didn't happen until I made a very deliberate point to go there. I was recommended for it by an acquaintance and I was in the mood to do some incense stick shopping a few weekends ago so I finally paid my first visit there. What a cute place! I love it! There is all kinds of spiritual or metaphysical items and some things that are there just for the sheer fun of it. They did not disappoint in having a good variety of incense and Steve bought an absolutely beautiful reflective Crescent Moon incense holder. It's so beautiful I am almost afraid to use it. They have a great tea and book section and all kinds of candles. But the thing that was a real extra bonus was their chocolate section. They have a small counter in which you can pick chocolates from out of the case. We each bought an espresso chocolate and a coconut chocolate and they were so good! I don't know the back story with the chocolates but it wouldn't surprise me if the owner made them themselves. The chocolates are certainly local for sure and not associated with any large candy company. A really fun and rewarding stop! I will have to make more deliberate points to go here. If nothing else a quick stop for more of those chocolates!
