My kiddo loves LEGOs and will build any set immediately, when gifted to him. We have a little reward incentive in our home that if he reaches a certain number of points from completing chores, he will get a LEGO set from us. He wanted to stop by here ASAP afterwards lol. Parking is super tight and tricky. Entering the parking lot to get to the front of the store, you have to turn uphill and it's one-way parking so I did not have an easy time figuring out how to exit.. Despite the tiny parking lot, the store itself is amazing! There are sets built and displayed with affordable prices for many of them, definitely cheaper than the official LEGO store. Noticed plenty that were under $200 and great value for the sets you're getting. Of course, there are nicer and bigger sets but you don't have to go big. You can still go home with something you like and come back another time because they offer stamp cards! You get 10% off your next purchase after spending $100 at the store. Obviously not a big discount but hey, something is better than nothing, especially if you plan to return for more LEGOs. We decided upon a moderately sized Mario Cart two-piece set of Boo and Wario in their go-carts which was only about $54. Not bad, imo! The staff was nice and asked if we were looking for anything specific when we entered but let us be when we told them we were just browsing. We got their attention when we were ready to check out. The employee that helped us did strike up friendly conversation with my son, which made our interaction not so awkward, since the store was fairly quiet and almost empty at 3:45PM on a Wednesday. Plenty of legos, good service, great bang for your buck. Only thing to dislike would be the parking lol we will still be back.

We made our way to the other end of the building and was caught off guard by the amount of inventory old and new at the Die Cast Hanger. Craig greeted us and made us feel welcomed. We spent some time in the store, prices were reasonable and had some sale items. We don't know much about this and was mostly shopping for our son over the phone, Craig was very helpful in locating items for us. I didn't know what to expect but was super surprised by how much cool stuff the store had! I was looking for a gameboy game but ended up finding about 10 things I wanted to buy on my next visit. They had tons of old toys that I used to have or have been wanting to get from pretty niche series like Monsieur Bome, Masamune Shirow figures, and even my old favorite army vehicles from Mega Force. The owner was playing Pokemon on the big screen when I walked in but was super helpful and friendly. I am definitely a fan of this place and will stop by any chance I can get when I'm down in the area.

I'm a little disappointed with myself that I was not aware of this shop in all this time I've resided in Tacoma. They have a neat interesting variety of toys and video games. This review is going to focus on my interaction with Alex and Alex from a seller's standpoint. I have a fair amount of collectibles and there were a couple action figures I was looking to (reluctantly) unload (a 1983 Inspector Gadget doll and a NECA Ada Wong to be exact). I had looked online and consulted various other stores in the area and the few offers I had received were far from fair. I'm happy to report that Alex and Andy knew the market and what my items were going for online. We even looked them up together. We had some obligatory endearing haggling and in the end they offered me a fair price for my beloved items. They were the only store that I had spoken with in the local area that were not only fair in their evaluation but even in the same league as the market value. They even appreciated the items as much as I did so I knew they would end up in a good home. Again, I only wished I knew about them sooner. I will definitely keep them in mind for the future when I inevitably decide to sell some cherished childhood treasures. Cheers, guys.

I made several attempts to resolve the issue directly, but was completely ignored. This behavior is deceptive and highly unprofessional.
