It has been 8 months since we moved here and I just want to say this is an excellent complex! Shout out to Adrian who helped us from the beginning! Such a nice and kind gentlemen. Super attentive to our needs! Made the move in so smooth. He also didn't pressure us, he told us to take our time and consider other options. Which was a plus as we were first time renters. But my husband and I already knew this was going to be our home. Best customer service. I love that they have painted the complex and made it modern. I also like the landscape that's all around the facility. Very clean place. One thing they recently put up by one of the guest parking is a retaining wall which is crazy because I kept seeing the dirt run down with some annoying insects and I thought fencing would be nice to stop the dirt and boom the retaining wall was done! The only thing missing is fencing throughout the whole property . Haha but it is a really nice place. Highly recommend this place if you're considering it. Genuinely happy to call Uptown home! We've been living here for about two months, and from day one, the experience has been smooth and welcoming. Yadira was the first person we met--she's incredibly kind, straightforward, and made the whole process and stress from touring feel easy. When my husband joined for a second tour, Adrian helped us out and was just as amazing--so sweet, thoughtful, and great to talk to. Truly listens and cares for family needs! The application process was with Yadira it was quick and efficient, and once we moved in, we were impressed by how spacious and peaceful the community is. The insulation is great can barely hear the hustle and bustle and most neighbors are super friendly, which makes a big difference. We had a few hiccups early on, but maintenance was on it right away and resolved everything quickly. Within the second day we were moved in! Communication with the staff has been consistently smooth and responsive. Just today, I ran into a snake during my walk (yikes!), and Yadira happened to be nearby--she immediately stepped in and handled it herself. That's someone who truly cares and takes initiative. The gym could use a little love, but honestly, the amazing staff and overall service more than make up for it. We feel really good about being here and are excited to stay for a while read more

As first time renters we really went into this not knowing what to expect with the whole renting process, but Adrian made sure to share with us all the important information and steps we would have to take and definitely eased our worries. It's a great place to live especially if you're renting for the first time like us! One thing I would add though is that although there's a big guest parking section, there's not much parking lol. All the positive reviews are fake. Please do not move here. I've tried to be patient, but it's been one issue after another. Police are constantly showing up. it never feels truly peaceful or safe. The amenities are a jokeee: the jacuzzi and grills are always broken, and good luck getting anything fixed in a timely manner. The dog park is dirty, poorly maintained, and definitely not a nice place for pets. If you're looking for peace, quiet, or a place that actually cares about their tenants, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Office staff is also rude. read more

Ive been on the market searching for a new apartment with my husband, which means I've been on numerous tours, but none that have really stuck out to me as this. Apart from how nice the apartment s are, the hospitality from our tour guide Yadira was incredible, and really made us feel that this was our calling. Yadira made us feel like we were making the right decisions and really connected with us instead of a monotonous conversation. From the very start, Adrian was very kind professional with hosting a virtual tour and answering any questions we had. When we ran into trouble with getting approved for an apartment, he want out of his way to speak with upper management to figure out a method for us to qualify. My daughter has lived in Uptown Fullerton for 3 months now. On our last visit to her apt we found the following inside: termites, ants, Cockroaches, a nest of baby spiders, and 2 dead lizards. She is paying over $2600/month for a 2 bedroom...for that amount of money this complex is absolutely NOT worth it. The walls are also so paper thin, that every step/movement/conversation can be clearly overheard. She complains that the neighbors TV keeps her up at night. I was also not happy to see the amount of dog poop carelessly left owners, and trash areas in desperate need of cleanup (also with swarms of insects around it). For an old, asbestos ridden building like this, rent should be no more the $1500. We are now looking for ways to break the lease early and move her and her roommate down the street to the homestead apartments, or pay a little more for the brand new Brea Avalon apartments. read more

I love this apartment complex!! When I first arrived for a tour, Yadira was incredibly kind and helpful. She really tried to understand what I was looking for in a unit and showed me several options without making me feel pressured to decide right away. This was my first move out on my own, so I had a lot of concerns about safety, etc., and I can tell you that since moving here in July I have not had a single moment where I felt unsafe. This complex is QUIET (shoutout to the A building) and I often see safety patrolling at night. Since I live alone, one of my priorities when selecting a complex was knowing that I could quicky get ahold of the office and maintenance staff. I haven't had to use maintenance for anything yet, but I have only heard amazing things about their timeliness. The office is very responsive and helpful every time I need something. Highly recommend setting up a tour with Yadira. She's the best! read more
