He quickly sent me another order but had it tracked so I could see when it arrived. Weeks later I received a refund from Identity Stronghold. I believe my original shipment probably returned undeliverable. I enjoy doing business with companies that have ethics and care about their clients.

Let me break this down for you. I ordered an item on the 2nd, it was supposed to be shipped on the 2nd or the 3rd the latest, now I will not receive it for almost a month. Why support a business that makes customers pay for mistakes made by the business. It is unfortunate because it appears that the products they have are good.
