Great customer service. I had not received my card sleeves and contacted Identity via email. Gene…read moregot back to me quickly. We figured out my shipment was probably lost due to my local post office having issues. I had not paid extra for better shipment. Gene offered to send me another order for free but I asked if I could pay. This was not something Identity had done. He quickly sent me another order but had it tracked so I could see when it arrived. Weeks later I received a refund from Identity Stronghold. I believe my original shipment probably returned undeliverable. I enjoy doing business with companies that have ethics and care about their clients.

**STAY AWAY! THESE PEOPLE WILL EAT YOUR BABIES**…read more Some of the worst business I have had to deal with. I place an order in the morning, they told me that it would ship that day or the next day the latest. So when does it ship? 5 flippin days later. Why in the world would you tell me you would mail something that day or the next only to do it 5 days later?! Whatever, It finally arrives, almost 2 weeks after my order! Guess what? Wrong item. I could not believe it. I email them, I am told how sorry they are, blah, blah, blah. The lady assures me the correct item will be shipped the next day since it was too late in the day to mail it that moment. The next day comes and I do not get any confirmation, I email her asking when I will get my confirmation. She finally responds and says "Sorry, but I ran out of time, we will ship it on Monday" Holy ball sacks, are you kidding me? Now because of the holidays I wont receive it until after Christmas?! Let me break this down for you. I ordered an item on the 2nd, it was supposed to be shipped on the 2nd or the 3rd the latest, now I will not receive it for almost a month. Why support a business that makes customers pay for mistakes made by the business. It is unfortunate because it appears that the products they have are good. However, I cannot support bad business practices.

They're very knowledgeable about fashion and fit and what looks best on each body type. The clothing selection is amazing, but the personal attention is what makes the shop so special. It is so worth it to "shop local" as they say. You will not get this type of smart, friendly service in a chain store.
