I happened to find it on my way to the Peace River Botanical and Sculpture Gardens. They have several rooms filled with furniture, clothes, accessories, jewelry, shoes, collectibles, children's items, and household goods. I found a brand new Packit freezer bag for only $3. I keep them in the freezer and they can keep your food and drinks cold for hours which is quite the feat in steamy South Florida . Prices are cheap and they seem willing to haggle. The most important thing to know is they only accept cash. Fortunately I had a few bucks in the bottom of my bag but I'm terrible about keeping it on me. Things you would love to just look at and expect in a place like this :) It is very tidy and doesn't have an "ol old person smell" which a lot of re-sell shops like this usually have. I was surprised by the amount of designer bags that were on display, they looked very nice & in good condition. The lady was very polite & helpful. There was nice music playing throughout & it was well ventilated and cool, so it was a very nice & relaxing experience. There is private parking lot right outside (tow away for non customers) so you don't have to walk far. Prices looks reasonable for the unique products, I'm sure if I fell in love with an item I wouldn't mind paying the price.

With some prodding, she finally remembered that she had received it as a gift for her 50th birthday, some 8 years ago. She didn't have a clue on how much it was worth but her other siblings and I convinced here to sell. She's living in Upstate NY and she found a local jeweler that priced the piece at what I thought may have been a little low when comparing it to new models on the market now. I convinced her to send it down to good old SW Florida to give me a shot at selling it here. Once I received it, I took it to two well know local jewelers who both gave me the same price as the one in NY. I was ready to give up and sell it for what I was sure was a little low but remembered some advice I had received on the local "Nextdoor" website. A couple of people highly recommended Westchester Gold and Diamonds (https://westchestergold.com) in Port Charlotte. I took the ride and was lucky enough to discuss the issues surrounding the watch with Steve Duke, the owner. The store itself was pretty impressive with the amount of jewelry in the showroom. Steve took the watch and gave it a good look-over. He was knowledgeable, honest, and accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised by the price he offered. I accepted the price and would highly recommend you visiting the store if you're either buying or selling. Definitely 5 ***** Stars ***** for Steve and Westchester Gold and Diamonds!!!
