Each class starts with looking over finished items that students completed the week before. Each student explained how they created their project and what glazes were used. All the students are so kind and provide lots of positive support to each other. While the students are working with their clay, Jack is like a hawk, watching what each student is doing. He intervenes when appropriate so to enhance our learning and come out with a nice project. Included in the price: clay, basic tools, use of all the equipment and glazes, and the kiln firings. I especially wanted to learn to work on the wheel, which I did, coming out with some super fun bowls and plates.

They have a great selection and I love the used book section outside where I get a lot of my vacation reads. They are so inexpensive that I can leave them behind in the resort library for others to enjoy. Support local. I know I do! But it's hard to say no when you keep finding so many fun things! I absolutely love how they integrated little fun supplies in almost all areas of the bookstore. I found stationary by classics and romance. There were thank yous & note cards over by nonfiction and mystery. And that's just for starters! The selection here was absolutely incredible. As for beverages, there's a cute little coffee shop that also has gelato within walking distance. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to stop there, but since I have every intention of going back to visit this book store again, I will make a point to visit that little shop as well!!

I stumbled upon this place while heading to dinner at Fishermen's Village. I'm a sucker for all…read morethings beauty and bath related, so as we were all walking by, I insisted to drop in. Immediately we were greeted by a sweet and informative lady who gave me a synopsis about the bar soap shampoo. They carry a massive selection of it too. But the last time I tried them from a different place, I didn't like them. With such a wide selection, they must be doing something different here. My favorite thing to try from a place like this is bath bombs. I've tried them from at least a dozen different companies and I must say, I'm quite picky about them. They can't be too oily and must have enough fragrance that says on you, even after your at home spa treatment. They sell 4 for $20 and you get a barrel to take them home in. Worth. Every. Dollar. The best bath bombs I've ever tried in my life. I can't wait to go back and try the other products and stock up on the amazing bath bombs.

My father's memorial flag & medals have been in a frame for 35 yrs and I was looking to hang it…read moreagain but the older frame was too large for my wall space. I found Framing by Fred to help me scale down the frame size. They did an awesome job. We are so pleased. We still needed the wide "shadow box" style because the flag is quite thick when folded. I gave them the "jest" of how I wanted his medals displayed and gave them leeway for spacing them within the frame. We also upgraded with the Museum quality, non-glare glass. Extra cost for that upgrade and so happy we did. We are quite pleased with the quality, workmanship & timing to complete the project. We do have other pictures that we will bring in to change up to museum non-glare. Highly recommended!!!
