For some reason instead they decided to uncross the straps so they were even longer and the dress was falling down. The dress was ready the evening before the wedding so there was no time to go back and get it fixed, my aunt had to sew the 2 straps together to make it mimic the look of a criss cross instead. When I called back the next day to get my money back since I paid $140 for this "work," they refused to refund me. I will never use this business again, they are scammers who will ruin your clothing and steal your money. Once again I would like to reiterate that they REFUSED to refund my money for this, so I will be filing a chargeback with my bank on Monday.

Their website says that their female fit models are between 5'7" and 5'10". That is average height to AEO but slightly too long for me. So I took the pants to Dutchgirl Cleaners, which has a fitting room where I tried them on. Seo, the tailor, pinned the extra fabric up until the hem touched my flat shoes. I usually wear flats and wore the shoes that I planned to wear with the pants. Then he folded the pants in and out and drew a straight line where the new hem should go. Now my pants fit perfectly. The service took in five business days because he used a sewing machine to make the alterations, and there were many customers ahead of me. Drew, the manager, who charged me $15 a pair. I had to pay in full before the tailoring was done (see photo below). The price though is reasonable for Suffolk County.

When I came for my pick up, I was given the price of close to $100.00! I gave them my ticket which showed around $70.00 being charged but I was told the math was done wrong and I was to pay the new amount. What if I didn't have the money they originally told me? Would they have kept my suits?? I paid it off and will not be going back there again. If you ask me, the proper thing for them to have done is kept the bill on the original ticket. I've been here twice but only once did I actually leave something to be taken care of. The first time one of my jackets had a zipper which was stuck so they charged about $13 to fix all the teeth which wasn't bad considering I haven't worn it in 3-4 years. The 2nd time I came was because my father had a similar problem with his jacket except the woman who worked here was kind enough to zip and unzip the jacket about 10 times and said nothing was wrong. She said it would cost $40 just to put on new teeth, but she said tell your father to relax in the morning and to slowly zip the jacket up so he doesn't get frustrated in the morning when he does it to fast which is why it gets stuck. I've never really dealt with other cleaners but this is a safe and affordable one to check out in the Commack-Kings Park area.
