Such a horrible experience my family and I will never come here again. I bought my mother an expensive winter coat for Christmas. She had worn it ONCE and got a small black stain on it. The coat was so beautiful that we were too nervous to try and get the stain out ourselves so she had asked me to drop it off at the dry cleaners since the tag said "dry clean only". I pick it up days later and the coat was completely ruined. The fabric was completely wrecked & pilled throughout and there were sparkles, hair and other pieces of lint all over the coat that did not come from us. My mom was so upset as was I. She did not even get to use the coat. But that's not even the part that annoyed me the most. My mom goes to the store and told the older woman working what had happened. She said to my mom "oh yes I remember your daughter she came in and dropped the coat off ______ date right before closing (so she did in fact remember me because I did come in before closing). In the next breath SHE SAYS "That coat was in completely filthy condition it was so dirty when she gave it to me". She was implying that it was now in much better condition than before. So, no apology AND she LIED and said a brand new beautiful coat that looked like it came right out of the store was filthy. Unreal. And she said the owner would get back to us and call and never did. What a joke. A coat that was hundreds of dollars and didn't even get to be used ruined. read more
