Unreliable. Inconsistent. Expensive. Rude…read more Recently, I tried picking up my garments at 5:40pm. I had the door shut in my face by the woman claiming they were closed. I couldn't believe how rude she was. I know they close at 6pm bc on days I don't travel, I have to race over and pick up my work clothes for the next couple days. I have been using their service for years, but it may be under new management now. I go here because it's close to my home. I work long hours in NYC so I can't pick up my clothes 5/7 days of the week. I now have to go shop for additional clothes bc these cleaners decided to shut their doors in my face 20 minutes early. How long would it had taken to ring up one last customer? Hopefully long enough to lose a 10+ year patron. Will purposely go anywhere else.

At first, I just brought a couple of cashmere sweaters, but they did such a wonderful job so I had to come back! I have also brought in several dress shirts and pants as well as a wool coat. I recently brought in my white medical coat to be dry cleaned and tailored. Amazing job. My coat came back crisp, clean, and fits perfectly! This place is definitely a 10/10.

The clothing Is always perfect, and washed and ironed shirts come out like new. After years of service, we have never lost a button, or had buttons smashed. The clothes come out better than new. The gal behind the counter is always so pleasant. There are times I don't understand her pronunciation of a word, but I wish I could speak a second language as well as she can. There were stuffed animals on a display, and they will wash or dry clean them. Carpets are no problem, and storage in boxes for seasonal clothes are free. Wedding gowns come out beautifully. Glad they moved into Hewitt Square...so convienient.
