It is also full, and on big weekends (football games, graduation, etc) it feels crowded. I have never encountered an unfriendly employee at Balfour. They offer so many different sizes, styles, brands, etc on almost everything in their stores. They have cards, toys, home décor, bedding, cooking, seasonal, clothes, shoes, jewelry and more! Furthermore they have a relatively hassle free return process, decent amount of cashiers (which means less of your time wasted), friendly service, and clean stores. And finally, not only do they have sales and deals that change from week to week they also offer things like "Kohl's cash" which is kind of like a coupon/gift card that is worth $10 or more and can be used on anything in their stores. If you have a Kohl's card, you can get an additional 15-30% off most of your purchases which is a fun addition (I'm always hoping for the 30% off of course!)
