Starting at some point in June, they completely restricted customers from purchasing gift cards unless they were $50, $100, 150, etc. You cannot even add money to a gift card for personal use per corporate and management. This is insane, and restrictive of purchases for merchandise from the official store. When I go to talk to official support from corporate, they literally labeled their team as Customer Education and that "somebody will be here to educate you shortly." Very insulting for anybody who has a legitimate issue to be told "you will be educated shortly." if the company itself doesn't want my money for the merchandise, then I will just buy it from eBay and look for alternative brands that actually want my business. Since lululemon is saying screw you to me and many other previously loyal customers, I will just take my business elsewhere and stay away from Lululemon's corporate owned storefronts. See ya...
