He was so tentative and was also very patient and sweet with our 2 year old daughter while my husband was customizing and being sized for suits. We really felt like he genuinely cared about our experience and satisfaction, and we appreciate that so much. When my husband went back to pick up his suit after alterations, he remembered him and details about our lives, which tells me that he is a good listener and is sincere. I will also mention that both managers who I interacted with were equally wonderful. Every dress they pulled was exactly what I would have picked had I seen it first. They were so patient as I tried quite a few times to reach my family on FaceTime.
