I specifically called to request both a pump and an inspection, as we've been having ongoing issues with our septic system. When the team arrived, they only pumped the tank and told us they don't do inspections. This was frustrating because the person I spoke to on the phone assured me that they offer both services. We needed an inspection to understand the root of the problem, and their lack of follow-through left us feeling misled and disappointed. Now we need to find another septic company just to come out and do the inspection, which is an unnecessary hassle that could've been avoided if they had been upfront about their services. While they're quick for basic pumping, I wouldn't recommend them if you need more thorough septic services or clear communication.

Month later we have a full tank. Found out through another source he does this to avoid having to dump at the end of the day. So if you are going to use this company you should be there to make sure he doesn't try to put water back in your tank because there should be enzymes in the tank itself already and it's just a bunch of b.s. I know I'm not calling him back anymore. I gave it 1 star because leaving 0 was not an option.

Degler Damages On…read moreMay 1st, 2018, Degler Waste Services, after emptying my septic tank, broke 18.5 feet off of my driveway. I put up poles and string the next morning and measured. Degler Waster Services drove up to 20" off of the edge of my driveway. The cost of having my septic tank emptied? The original 300.00 fee, plus, between 2200-2500 to repair, then there's the 80.00 magistrate's court, and let's not forget the estimated 1500.00 in attorney fees... ...as they are refusing to cover damages. Having my septic tank emptied will now potentially cost $4080.00--$4380.00 Don't let this happen to you. Or--your driveway.

Well we didn't have the money for a new drain field so that's what we did. It backed up after our divorce so I wanted to get new drain field and hook my septic tank to it like it was before. Almost a year later it started backing up in my yard so I called a plumber to look at it. You are not going to believe what they did, hooked it right back to exs tank. I had to pay 1000.00 to get it the way it should have been. Poor communication because they did not tell Allen what to do. I was out of town when they did the work. I did call Brad and told him about it. I am a 70 year old single lady on social security and he said it's not his fault so I am having to eat the 1000.00. Debra please beware.
