I specifically called to request both a pump and an inspection, as we've been having ongoing issues with our septic system. When the team arrived, they only pumped the tank and told us they don't do inspections. This was frustrating because the person I spoke to on the phone assured me that they offer both services. We needed an inspection to understand the root of the problem, and their lack of follow-through left us feeling misled and disappointed. Now we need to find another septic company just to come out and do the inspection, which is an unnecessary hassle that could've been avoided if they had been upfront about their services. While they're quick for basic pumping, I wouldn't recommend them if you need more thorough septic services or clear communication.

The other companies were sure they'd have to intall another drain field(more expensive) but Matt explained to me why he could most likely repair my existing D-fields...and thats exactly what he and his crew did. By the way, Matt gave the first estimate so he wasn't trying to undercut anyone, he was just telling me how he could fix my problem. I was amazed at how little they had to dig to repair connections to my 4 drain fields. They dug 1 bucket wide a few feet down with an Excavator about 60 feet. They said the tech could tell me what needed to be done and the cost when he arrived. When he arrived, he didn't even look at anything or hardly want to hear anything I had to say about what was going on. He basically just walked up and said here are your 3 options, they cost $270, $500 or $520. I said which one do I need. He said I don't really know, you choose and we will see if that's what the problem is.... REALLY!? So if I choose wrong, then we will have to do another thing and if that doesn't work we will have needed I'll spending well over $1000. H said yeah it's kind of a catch 22. I expected them to arrive and use some expertise, perhaps diagnostic tools and TELL ME what needed to be done to fix the job. Oh, and the guy said it was going to cost like $270 for him to dig up the septic tank. I could save some money by digging it up myself... ok, I'll spend 10 mins to save $270. Month later we have a full tank. Found out through another source he does this to avoid having to dump at the end of the day. So if you are going to use this company you should be there to make sure he doesn't try to put water back in your tank because there should be enzymes in the tank itself already and it's just a bunch of b.s. I know I'm not calling him back anymore. I gave it 1 star because leaving 0 was not an option.

Well,my septic tank needed a new drain field.so my ex told me to hook it to his mom's empty septic tank .she had rental mobile homes there at one time. Well we didn't have the money for a new drain field so that's what we did. It backed up after our divorce so I wanted to get new drain field and hook my septic tank to it like it was before. Almost a year later it started backing up in my yard so I called a plumber to look at it. You are not going to believe what they did, hooked it right back to exs tank. I had to pay 1000.00 to get it the way it should have been. Poor communication because they did not tell Allen what to do. I was out of town when they did the work. I did call Brad and told him about it. I am a 70 year old single lady on social security and he said it's not his fault so I am having to eat the 1000.00. Debra please beware.
