I specifically called to request both a pump and an inspection, as we've been having ongoing issues with our septic system. When the team arrived, they only pumped the tank and told us they don't do inspections. This was frustrating because the person I spoke to on the phone assured me that they offer both services. We needed an inspection to understand the root of the problem, and their lack of follow-through left us feeling misled and disappointed. Now we need to find another septic company just to come out and do the inspection, which is an unnecessary hassle that could've been avoided if they had been upfront about their services. While they're quick for basic pumping, I wouldn't recommend them if you need more thorough septic services or clear communication.

The other companies were sure they'd have to intall another drain field(more expensive) but Matt explained to me why he could most likely repair my existing D-fields...and thats exactly what he and his crew did. By the way, Matt gave the first estimate so he wasn't trying to undercut anyone, he was just telling me how he could fix my problem. I was amazed at how little they had to dig to repair connections to my 4 drain fields. They dug 1 bucket wide a few feet down with an Excavator about 60 feet. Month later we have a full tank. Found out through another source he does this to avoid having to dump at the end of the day. So if you are going to use this company you should be there to make sure he doesn't try to put water back in your tank because there should be enzymes in the tank itself already and it's just a bunch of b.s.
