Tree Giants of Nashville are an outstanding service. I am a first time client of the Tree Giants. The team including Kristina, Angel, Joey, and Brian were all highly skilled and professional. They trimmed several of my trees as well as provided quality debris cleanup afterwards. I was amazed at the workmanship, skill and care the team took with my yard, fence and landscape. I truly will use them again and recommend their services and team to other neighbors in the subdivision and people that I know. I want to thank Josh the sale rep for assuring us the quality and the team exceeding my expectations. And I want to thank the Owner Jared for being so kind in relieving my concerns. read more

Wow. Just wow. The entire process felt like talking to a brick wall. Corrected expectations repeatedly just for them to still not do the job adequately. They are SO stuck on the idea that we just wanted the tree off our fence. No, as we stated multiple times very clearly, we needed the tree off the fence and the CUT LOGS TO BE MANAGEABLE. I left a Google review and they responded with a long, poorly written response straight up lying about several things. Even though there is another one-star review absolutely defaming them, they didn't respond to that person. I guess I struck a nerve. They told me wasn't their job to make the logs manageable or to cut them... what is the point then? That is absolutely what my husband asked you to do multiple times! The fence was only part of the issue. Dishonest work and sloppy crew members who were cussing while they were here. But according to Tree Giants, we weren't home when they were here (uh... yeah, we were. My husband even laughed with them in the backyard). Absolute insanity. The job was trash. I was nicer in my Google review, but I'm not going to be here. Whoever responded to me had the absolute basic facts of the job wrong (even stated the tree fell from the neighbor's yard when it was literally in our yard...?). If you can't even get a detail like that correct, why do you expect me to give your BS response any merit whatsoever? They said we misunderstood the job. How do we misunderstand the job we requested? Seems more like THEY misunderstood, then miscommunicated. I can't get over the fact that they claimed nobody was home and that their office attempted to contact my husband repeatedly afterward. We were home all three times anyone from Tree Giants was here. They have all this recorded footage "proof," but they can't see my husband in the yard with them? Also, they did NOT attempt to contact him first and his call log and email show that very clearly, but they tried to make it seem like they couldn't get in touch with him. I've never met anyone who answers ALL phone calls, except my husband. He called them to get back in touch about the job not being finished. Then, even after he was disappointed with the follow up job, he was the one to contact them first about when to expect an invoice. Why lie about things like that? It would be better for a business to just not address odd details like that to start with rather than lie about them. The job was NOT worth $2k. If they had actually done what he asked them to do it might have been. If I had looked at their socials beforehand, I would've told my husband to go with someone else. They posted a weird AI photo to advertise their company's clean up efforts during the aftermath of hurricane Helene. I really, truly hope they didn't believe that strange photo was real. I can't help but think the person who responded to my Google review without knowing the difference between "accessible" and "assessable" is the type to believe an AI photo is real. That tracks 100%. read more

Was scheduled for Brandon to come give me an estimate tomorrow. Verified this on Tuesday and followed up again today to get a time window(since they didn't give me one when I asked), only to be told today that "something came up" and he can't come until Monday. read more

Good Tree Service! Made quote while working another neighborhood job. Received quote via email with the scope of work and price. Price was Fair. Good work crew and got after two large trees in my yard. Did a great job and picked up and cleaned up before they left my property.Head guy checked with me before they left my property for my inspection and to approve their work. I received the bill quickly via email again and paid with credit card. This company did a fine job for me and was easy to work with! I would hire them again. read more

They did about 65% of the work that I paid for and they never came back to finish and I offered to have my personal landscaping guy do some of the work and they agreed on the price to reimburse me and crickets! I would not recommend them! read more

Tree Giants did a great job. The company and crew went above and beyond. They were flexible when we needed something different than had been agreed to, but still advised us as to the best way to proceed. They worked safely, removing two large trees, one that was close to hitting the ground, the other one leaning, both growing next to a fence, no problem. Removed two trees as agreed to that were threatening the house and back deck. But really, that involved a third tree that had grown into one of the others. They took care of it, no extra charge. They climbed a huge tree to cut back limbs from power lines as originally agreed and when requested, cut additional limbs over the backyard. Left the work site clean as promised. The company had provided insurance documents upon request (which checked out) and they sent precise quotes with selections for specific trees, stumps, etc. Made it a simple process. They get up real early. They were done before lunch. read more

From the initial assessment and quote, to the clean up at the end, the folks from Tree Giants went over and above to provide the tree removal service we needed. First off, these guys were so transparent with their quoting process, which is a refreshing contrast to previous experiences with others in the landscaping and home service industries. FOR CONTEXT: I attempted to remove some smaller trees on my own and quickly realized I would need the help of professionals. And these guys were indeed professional! It was clear right away that these guys were quite experienced. Tree removal is not only dangerous, but it can be a tricky puzzle to know in what order, and in which direction limbs will swing and trunks will fall. These guys had it down to a science and could predict these things with such precision, that they were able to steer clear of structures and buildings that I thought were impossible to avoid. But they did it like it was no big deal. Their cleanup was so thorough, and the stump removal transformed our yard into a place I can be proud of. Thank you guys for your expertise, know how, and professionalism! I highly recommend them! read more

Landscape Giants - a man on a cherry picker - Tree Services Near Me - Greenville , South Carolina

Two years ago I used Tree Giants to raise the canopy and trim 4 large trees and to grind 5 myrtle stumps. For that I gave a 5 star rating. This year the extreme cold damage 5 Leland Cyprus trees and 8 boxwoods. Again I called Tree Giants and they responded. They trimmed the dead out of the Lelands and the boxwoods and put fertilizer sticks in all of them. I am confident that the trees and shrubs will, in time, will return to the status they had before the freeze. Bobby McElhiney read more

They drove over the Comcast service pod and didn't notify us. They didnt seem that knowledgeable about tree health in response to questions . The original person who came out to estimate the cost was good but she didnt follow up with the crew when I pointed out a discrepancy between the estimate and our discussion. When I followed up about the truck running over the Comcast pod I never got a call back leaving it to me to deal with it! read more

Professionals all the way! Nothing but the highest quality. Would use them again without hesitation.

From the first interaction on the phone to the work they did, this was a first-class outfit. The team was responsive and professional. I've used several different tree services over the years, and this was the best. read more

They made an appointment with me for an estimate for Friday between 11am and 100. No text, no phone call, NO SHOW

These guys were awesome. Gave us a very competitive price, completely professional, worked probably harder than they'd intended, and stayed until the job was completely done. We had a severely rotted 100ft sycamore that was definitely going to hit the house if it fell, and we went through several other companies who either couldn't handle the height or didn't bother to show up. These guys were on time, polite, efficient, and left no trace but for a thin layer of wood chips. I highly recommend and I'll use them again! read more

I called Tree Giants after I had a failed attempt with another company. They showed up the same day I asked them for a bid even though they were busy. He was responsive and communicative. The gentleman, Jared did a quick quote on 3 trees.. I did a fast shop knocking out 6 companies and trees aren't cheap but let me tell you ....I left town and his team did an excellent job. They removed a bad hackberry tree and 2 other trees plus ground the stumps and left the yard nice. Nothing is more valuable to me than trust and if you can trust someone to care for your property while you are away is a PLUS! Don't spin your wheels looking around, this team is the best. read more

Very responsive. The crew came out to remove 2 trees and shape 2 oak trees that were hanging over the house and raining acorns onto the roof. They did a wonderful job and even blew all the acorns off my roof, deck and driveway. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions . They checked in with me several times to make sure it was cut the way I wanted. A little pricey but did a great job. read more
