I contacted Jennifer at Tyndal Tree Service by email in mid-August, 2024. I requested an estimate for the removal of three stumps in my yard, and a man came out to provide an estimate. I asked when I could expect service, and he was only able to say that it would probably be the next week. I remained in contact with Jennifer over the next TWO WEEKS, during which time I was variously informed that their stump grinder was backed up, and then asked when I would be available, for which I advised I was free pretty much all the time. After two weeks, and no further contact (to this day), I had another tree service to do the work, which happened promptly, and at a significant discount to what Tyndal estimated for the work. I understand that Tyndal is a small company, but I have been receiving their flyers for years, which is why I contacted them to begin with, and ghosting a customer with money in his pocket is unprofessional, to say nothing of rude. read more
