The company agreed to repair the damage, but without any further communication, they purchased a low-quality replacement fence that does not match the quality or finish of our existing fence. They had already begun replacing it when I intervened and asked them to stop until the homeowner could contact us so the damage could be addressed properly. The lack of communication and the decision to proceed with an inadequate repair without consulting us have been extremely frustrating. I also had difficulty finding this business on Google or locating a legitimate website, which raised additional concerns about their professionalism and accountability. Between the early-morning work, damage to our property, and the way the repair was handled, this experience has been very disappointing. For this service, you're better off renting machinery from Lowe's and doing the damage yourself. I was told quote "this is an unusually slow time" as there's been a lot of competition from tree companies starting more work from the hurricane that came through.
