Long story here. My ex husband lives next door to me.His mother passed away and he got her house willed to him. I already had my own home when we married. Well,my septic tank needed a new drain field.so my ex told me to hook it to his mom's empty septic tank .she had rental mobile homes there at one time. Well we didn't have the money for a new drain field so that's what we did. It backed up after our divorce so I wanted to get new drain field and hook my septic tank to it like it was before. Almost a year later it started backing up in my yard so I called a plumber to look at it. You are not going to believe what they did, hooked it right back to exs tank. I had to pay 1000.00 to get it the way it should have been. Poor communication because they did not tell Allen what to do. I was out of town when they did the work. I did call Brad and told him about it. I am a 70 year old single lady on social security and he said it's not his fault so I am having to eat the 1000.00. Debra please beware. read more

On November 26,2022,I contacted Express Septic to have our tank pumped.Was told someone would come out on Tuesday November 29. Eddie arrived around 4:30pm,I showed him where to dig to gain access to our septic tank,was told our drain field needed to be replaced.He said they had one appointment for the following week, if we didn't take that one it would be 2-4 weeks before the work could be done.I took that appointment thinking the work would be done the week of December 4.they NEVER SHOWED,but had supplies delivered from PRO SOURCE.The week of December 11 NO SHOW! The week of December 18 NO SHOW! Finally December 23,Allen calls said he would be here Monday December 26,asked what time he said I didn't need to be home,told him our gates stay locked! I rearranged my schedule for Monday, waited all day,Allen NEVER SHOWED! Tuesday morning I was away for approximately 1.5 hours.I arrived home,the backhoe had been delivered in my locked backyard,I was livid,called Brad to get Allen's number and let him know he had trespassed! I called Allen expressed my displeasure,he laughed said he would be there Wednesday morning! He cut our cable line,left our yard in a mess,drove the pump truck across our front yard,didn't ask us to flush our toilets to make sure we didn't have a blockage,told us not to do anything to the yard for 6-8 weeks,Two days later we had problems again,called let them know,was told they weren't plumbers,I told Brad they would come out to fix it,they came and it worked for a week,called them back was told he wouldn't come out and to call someone else. I have pictures of the mess and I paid him a little more than $5100 had to pay another company $2100 to fix his mistake and it's going to cost another $2500 to get a landscaper to fix their mess! We called Express and set up a time for them to come take a look and give us an estimate. After waiting hours past the time they agreed on, we had to leave. While we were gone, they came and did the work (rather than giving an estimate) without our authorization. We didn't know they had come by until two days later when they called for us to settle the bill we didn't even know we had. After calling to complain, we settled on paying half and calling it even. The owner told me never to contact him again, which shouldn't be a problem since I can't trust a company that conducts business this way. read more

Contacted the owner Brad, was told he'd be out the next day and he'd contact me when he was on his way. Called him early afternoon the next day to find out when he was planning on arriving as I still hadn't heard from him. He answered the phone and while chewing his lunch in my ear told me he decided he wasn't interested in doing the job. Never had any intention of showing up or calling to say he wasn't showing up, all while chomping his lunch in my ear. Rude, and unprofessional. read more

We were in dire straights and Express Septic came in and squared us away as fast as they could. I'm a first time homeowner and learning all the hard lessons of homeownership that come with POS (Previous Owner Syndrome) diy, bandaid repairs. All that to say, when you flush and then watch your tub fill with your flushings....something ain't right and as a first-timer, I wasn't sure whether a clog or septic problems, or both. I'm pretty handy so we took to the crawlspace to try and snake the clean out valve. One very unfortunate shower later, main lines were FULL, we knew the fix was out of our hands. I found Express Septic here on Yelp and was very impressed with the reviews. Called Brad and he scheduled me for his next opening. Brad was very professional, informative, and friendly. Quote was very reasonable. Eddie called on his way out, was right on time. Eddie was also very friendly and helpful. He gave me some tips and tricks for septic maintenance. This is a customer-first business and it shows, and is VERY appreciated. I'm very impressed with this business and will be calling them (hopefully no time soon ) with all of my future septic needs. read more

Alan did a great job troubleshooting my septic tank problem. Very friendly & a great price. I am very satisfied with the service provided. I thought my septic tank was going to need some major repairs and after Alan evaluated the problem it turned out to cost a lot less than I thought.
