I specifically called to request both a pump and an inspection, as we've been having ongoing issues with our septic system. When the team arrived, they only pumped the tank and told us they don't do inspections. This was frustrating because the person I spoke to on the phone assured me that they offer both services. We needed an inspection to understand the root of the problem, and their lack of follow-through left us feeling misled and disappointed. Now we need to find another septic company just to come out and do the inspection, which is an unnecessary hassle that could've been avoided if they had been upfront about their services. While they're quick for basic pumping, I wouldn't recommend them if you need more thorough septic services or clear communication.

They were an absolute pleasure to work with. From start to finish, Alisa communicated exceptionally well, responding quickly to my phone calls and emails and keeping me informed about each step of the process. Brandon was great as well. He went the extra mile, took initiative and requested that the sewer utility allow us to tie into an existing lateral line near the street. I had no idea that this was even a possibility, but this extra effort on his part saved me around $10k. Dominick and his crew worked quickly and efficiently to get this project finished in spite of the hot weather. The job went smoothly, quickly, and they left our property neat and clean. Well we didn't have the money for a new drain field so that's what we did. It backed up after our divorce so I wanted to get new drain field and hook my septic tank to it like it was before. Almost a year later it started backing up in my yard so I called a plumber to look at it. You are not going to believe what they did, hooked it right back to exs tank. I had to pay 1000.00 to get it the way it should have been. Poor communication because they did not tell Allen what to do. I was out of town when they did the work. I did call Brad and told him about it. I am a 70 year old single lady on social security and he said it's not his fault so I am having to eat the 1000.00. Debra please beware.
